Modern and renovated, three-story townhouse in Williamsburg - prime location

Our house is a modern / mid-century, newly renovated and designed townhouse perfectly located just a few blocks away from both the L, and J,M,Z trains; and it is also just a stone's throw from all the cool and hip places in Williamsburg.

The parlor level has a big open space with a new fully equipped kitchen, living room and dinning room areas and a half bathroom. From the parlor level there is access to the back yard of the property that the guest staying in the main house share with the guests staying in the one-bedroom apartment at the garden floor of the house.

The second and third floors of the house have two bedroom each with ensuite bathrooms. The house offers great amenities including:

- Queen size beds in all the bedroom.
- All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms
- Central heating system with an electronic thermostat
- Window A/C units in every room
- Full equipped kitchen
- Wifi
- Cable TV in the living room and in every bedroom
- Washer and dryer

We are the owners of the house, and we take pride in keeping it clean, comfortable, and classy. We hope you enjoy everything that Williamsburg and New York has to offer; however, this is not a party house and there's no smoking allowed inside or out.

Beautiful home & BEST location in Williamsburg

Our host met us and made sure we were comfortable on arrival. We also took two of his places to eat and drink recommendations - which were both great! This is a fun house and in great condition with lots of original details to enjoy. We made food in a nice spacious kitchen, made codfee in the coffee pot, watched TV in two different rooms and the living is comfortable. There was plenty of hot hot water - which is important to us! Two couples shared rhe home. With 4.5 baths, the girls were each able to have our own bathroom and soread out a bit. The location could not be better. We walked to The Williamsburg Bridge a few blocks away and walked over for a dinner night in the east village. We enjoyed the Bedford area all the other nights. We were able to walk to Whole Foods in about two minutes and The Brooklyn Winery also - which is fantastic! Go just for the roasted Brussels Sprouts and California Dreamin’ Flight. The NY wines are great too! The bathrooms are really the gem of this rental property. We would definitely rent again. Thanks to our great hosts! We had a fantastic time!

Stunning house, Great location

My husband and four children stayed here for a week and just adored the house. Beautifully made-up beds, great kitchen accessories and really flexible and friendly host. Short walk to supermarkets, bars, restaurants and a choice of subway stops. Air-con excellent too. Lovely outside garden also. This house is admittedly an expensive rental but you really do get what you pay for here- fabulous.

A wonderful port in a storm

We were relocated from our original property which unfortunately had bedbugs in one room. The owner of this property was very receptive to helping us and his property was lovely. Kitchen was spacious with all modern equipment and an expandable glass dining table made this family area our favorite place to gather and enjoy each others company. The bedrooms are spacious and bath fixtures more modern than they appear in pictures. After our initial unfortunate experience with bedbugs I was concerned that this trip was a bust. But the first nite in the Williamsburg property enabled us to settle in and feel at home. Local eateries were abundant and getting around was easy. All in all this was a wonderful site for ur family gathering and I would recommend it highly. The only slight drawback- the steep stairs will help you get in some needed exercise.

Perfect choice

We were a party of eight adults and one child and we were in Brooklyn for a wedding. I looked at lots of properties before booking this house and I'm pleased to say that it was a perfect choice. It has been newly renovated to a very high standard and it is very stylish too with a real mid-century modern vibe. The four bedrooms (all en-suite) are exactly as you would expect to find in an up-market hotel with all amenities and very comfortable beds and pillows. The kitchen also has everything you would need. It's difficult to fault the house and it's clear to see that the owners really care about the place - and their guests. The garden was the icing on the cake for us - particularly as we enjoyed some great weather. Finally, the location was spot-on with plenty of bars and restaurants just a five minute stroll away in Bedford Avenue and most other places we wanted to visit were just a five or ten minute Uber ride. My advice if you are looking to rent a property in Brooklyn is go-ahead and book this place - you won't be disappointed!

This newly renovated brownstone is in a great spot in Williamsburg and the ideal place for a group of friends and or family to enjoy NY. It's a few stops from Union Sq and so it has easy access to all parts of Manhattan. In the neighborhood of Williamsburg, you have all of what you need in terms of restaurants, groceries , wine shops. even a movie theater..etc. Jamie, the owner was wonderful doing all he could to meet our needs including storing our luggage and meeting us at all times of the day. We definitely will be back.
