This upper-level duplex spans 2,661 square feet and features four charming bedrooms and three full baths—a perfect sanctuary for families and friends to gather over beautifully preserved parquet floors that have welcomed generations since 1848.
Indulge your culinary passions in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern amenities, including a Bosch dishwasher, food disposal, and a 5-burner induction cooktop. The open living and dining area invites intimate gatherings, while the spacious master bedroom offers breathtaking views of downtown Manhattan.
Tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood, this exquisite home balances tranquil elegance with vibrant city life. You’re just a stroll from the lush landscapes of Brooklyn Bridge Park and the scenic Brooklyn Heights Promenade, with all the major subway lines nearby for effortless city exploration.
To finalize your reservation, all guests must pass a mandatory third-party screening process.

Brooklyn Heights is a posh residential area of elegant brownstones. It's known for its tree-lined promenade along the East River, with unrivaled views of Manhattan and the Statue of Liberty. The neighborhood also attracts visitors and local families to the landscaped walkways and playgrounds of waterfront Brooklyn Bridge Park. Locals gather at the longstanding bars and restaurants along Henry Street.
Other Things to Note:
Pets are not allowed at this property. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.
As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.
For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.
- Stays up to 89 nights: $2,500 credit hold
- Stays between 90 and 179 nights: $5,000 credit hold
- Stays of 180 nights or longer: Cash security deposit equal to one month’s rent
All security deposits are processed as a credit card hold 2 days prior to arrival and released 2 days after departure, or as a bank transfer for stays of 180 nights or longer.
