Berkshires Retreat Moderne Et Spacieux 5 Cm 3 Baignoire

Il s'agit d'une maison entièrement rénovée de 5 chambres et 3 salles de bains située dans une rue privée, à 5 minutes à pied de la plus belle plage de Laurel Lake et à 5 minutes en voiture du centre de Lee ou du centre de Lenox.
Le rez-de-chaussée est ouvert et lumineux. La cuisine gastronomique est équipée d'appareils haut de gamme et d'une cuisinière à gaz Blue Star. L'étage principal dispose également de quatre chambres et de deux salles de bain complètes.
Le niveau inférieur a une salle familiale avec une table de billard, une autre chambre, une salle de bain complète et la buanderie / vestiaire.

Notre maison est située dans une rue privée où toutes les maisons sont magnifiquement entretenues. Famille sympathique et incroyablement calme. Il y a un chemin boisé qui mène au lac Laurel, à 5 minutes à pied d'une très belle plage joliment aménagée et entretenue.
La maison est également très proche de Lee et Lenox, 2 villes très pittoresques et charmantes qui regorgent de bons restaurants, de cafés, de restaurants, de magasins d'antiquités, de boutiques de mode et de galeries d'art.
Tanglewood, Jacob's Pillow, Shakespeare et compagnie,
Le centre de yoga et spa Kripalu sont tous à 10 minutes.
En hiver, le domaine skiable de Bousquet est à seulement 15 minutes et Ski Butternut est à 20 minutes.

Great Stay

House was perfect for our multigenerational family stay. Well stocked with everything we needed and close to everything as well. Ala responded quickly anytime we had a question. The pool table was a bonus. Our family agreed this was in our top two house rentals all time.

Fantastic Girls Weekend in Lee

The property was conveniently located close to Lenox and Lee, with lots of dining and shopping. The house was clean and comfortable for our group of girlfriends to enjoy a relaxing weekend away. Two cozy sitting areas and a beautiful kitchen, as well as comfortable beds made for an awesome weekend!

Perfect Stay!

This was the perfect getaway for our group of friends/family to ring in the New Year! The house presents exactly as the pictures show, is conveniently located, and comes complete with comfortable furnishings, and the best stocked kitchen I have ever experienced at a rental property. The open kitchen/dining/living room area made for a perfect community space for meals, games, and good times. Ala was very responsive and attentive throughout the booking process and stay. We hope to be back!

This was a lovely property with plenty of room for a large family. We cooked all of the dinners for our family of 8 very easily in the well stocked (pots/pans/cutlery/etc) kitchen, and while the dinner table only has 6 normal chairs, it was easy to grab a few of the stools for the extra folks. The pool table provided a great activity during down time and having a TV upstairs and down made it so the kids didn’t have the compete with the adults to watch K-pop Demon Hunters again.The house had a very good internet connection was and that was required for everyone as cell signal in the area was spotty at best for both Verizon and TMobile.No complaints from the kids or adults about the beds and having 3 bathrooms was very nice as well.Great property, would definitely stay again if bringing a group up to the area.

The home is so well done. It was just the right size for a large family getting ready. And the area is a gorgeous neighborhood. For a hectic weekend of family wedding events we had all the amenities. Just Amazing!

We were a group of 6 friends who were looking for a place to stay while we explored the Berkshires and visited Miraval Resort & Spa. Ala’s house was absolutely perfect. I am not exaggerating when I say this is one the best rental properties I have stayed at so far. Wonderfully well-appointed and beautifully designed, while being extremely clean (which was so important to all of us)! Ala was incredibly responsive to all my questions during the booking process and stay. I don’t think I’ve ever said before that I would come back to stay in the same rental property again, and my friends and I are already thinking of ways when we can make that happen!Thank you, Ala!

Perfect for multiple families

Very impressed with our stay! The house was spotless. The cleanest rental I've ever stayed in! The house was spacious and the kitchen was fully stocked with all the cooking utensils, cookware, glassware, etc. you could need. The house is in a great location in Lee and a short drive to Lenox. Perfect for our friends weekend with the kiddos. Highly recommend!

Perfect location for our weekend stay

This home was perfect for our group of nine 60-year old friends. The location could not be better.... it seemed that we were no more than 15 minutes from any of our activities. The house is in a typical middle-income neighborhood and the inside has been renovated. While we didn't cook, the kitchen was very well stocked. There were plenty of towels and toilet paper. We were there during a heat wave and the air conditioning took a few hours to cool the house when we arrived, but after that, it worked well for the duration. The owner was extremely responsive. The few times we had questions, we got responses within 15 minutes. I would definitely stay here again if I find myself heading back to the Berkshires.

We have never used this word to describe a rental property before. This is not hyperbole: Perfect. This place is as close to perfect as you can get. We have rented properties for Thanksgiving and other vacations for going on 30 years. This is absolutey the best house - wait - we are going to say home, because, as soon as you walk through the front door you feel like you are home. Beautiful and efficient design, lovely art work, excellent use of space. The kitchen?: Are you kidding me? They have provided absolutely everything. Period. Clean?: this is, again, no exaggeration - the cleanest property we have EVER rented. Kids?: wonderful for kids: we have 5 grandchildren 2 through 12: every one of them found great things to do and especially they found great fun to have together, both inside and in the spacious back yard with swing set and other fun things. Spcious?: We are a party of 11 people - NEVER feel crowded or cramped. Host?: Ala is amazing, VERY responsive, friendly, the best of the best. Location?: Lee is a great little town with lots of stuff to do and also great restaurants and shops. Simple summary: you absolutely can't go wrong if you rent this - home. Do it.

A true delight

I chose this home for a small retreat, looking for a sleeping set-up that worked for our group, good light, a spacious place to gather to talk and create together, and with a kitchen we could enjoy preparing meals and eating together. The Berkshires was ideal geographically for us. We could not have been happier! The house is full of light, beautiful, and comfortable The kitchen is amazing, and has great pots, dishes, and appliances. We enjoyed being close to wonderful places to visit. The beds were very comfortable. And the host was responsive when I asked questions. In short, if could not have been better!

Ala was a wonderful host, and the house is modern, spacious, bright and clean. Everything is set up so artfully and well thought out. One of our guests unfortunately caught the stomach bug during checkout and Ala was very gracious about being flexible. Thank you and we would come again!

Alan's house was perfect for our needs.

The house is spacious with excellent lighting . My friends and I do a knitting retreat every fall. Of prime importance to us is good lighting. There was plenty of seating and the kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed our stay.

Not much left to say

If you’ve read the reviews you know this house has a lot going for it. It was just recently renovated and it is as clean as a whistle. Ala was a delight to work with and we found the location central to all of the places we wanted to visit. But the best of all was the house exceeded our expectations in so many ways. The dining room chairs were so comfortable we found ourselves still sitting at the table talking until 11:00 p.m. The available storage space for our things in both bed and bathrooms was more than generous.
