Set on a sprawling 12.5-acre vineyard in the heart of Temecula Wine Country, The Villa at Vines Estate is your private invitation to slow living, sun-drenched days, and the kind of serenity only a wine country escape can bring. Surrounded by sweeping vineyard and mountain views, this newly built Tuscan-inspired guesthouse blends charm, comfort, and rustic romance into a truly unforgettable stay.

From morning coffee while watching hot air balloons drift above the valley to golden hour strolls through the vines, every moment here feels like a page from a postcard. This space-efficient 550-square-foot villa features soft textures, rich finishes, and Mediterranean design touches that create a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

The primary bedroom boasts a plush king bed and a 55” 4K Smart TV for streaming your favorite shows. There’s also a full bathroom, while a full-size sleeper sofa offers flexible sleeping space that’s especially ideal for kids. The living room also features a 50” 4K Smart TV, perfect for cozy nights in.

The well-equipped kitchen comes complete with granite countertops, full-size appliances, a dishwasher, drip coffee maker, toaster, cookware, and fiber internet—the fastest available in the area. The Level 2 Tesla charger in the garage offers 32-amp charging capacity and is available only when garage access is rented for $50 per night. Tesla charging costs an additional $15 per day. If garage access is not rented, guests may use the Casita Tesla charger up the hill, subject to availability. The Casita and Villa are approximately 400 feet apart. Enjoy your meals at home or fire up the new BBQ grill for an easy outdoor dinner on your private brick patio, where mountain and vineyard views set the scene for romantic sunset conversations over a glass of local wine.

Just minutes away, you’ll find approximately 50 wineries throughout Temecula Wine Country, including Vitagliano and Lorenzi, both approximately a 24-minute walk away, along with charming Old Town restaurants and memorable activities like horseback riding through the vines.

Home Truths:
- This home allows up to 2 pets for a fee; undisclosed pets brought without AvantStay’s approval may result in a $500 fine per pet.
- Please note that the home is in a rural setting, so you may occasionally see local wildlife or insects around the property. The home is regularly serviced and inspected, and we simply recommend keeping an eye on children and pets, especially in the evenings. Refunds are not provided for occasional wildlife or insect sightings.
- Peaceful Stays – To maintain a serene atmosphere for all guests and neighbors, parties, events, bands, and performing artists are not permitted.
- Working Vineyard – This is an active vineyard, and normal vineyard operations may take place during your stay. You may occasionally see or hear staff, maintenance equipment, or tractors tending the vines and grounds.
- Sound Monitors – As required by Riverside County, indoor and outdoor decibel monitors are in place (they do not record audio). They help ensure quiet enjoyment for everyone. Tampering may result in a fine.
- Quiet Hours – 10pm–7am daily. Please keep conversations indoors with windows closed during these hours and limit outdoor activity so everyone can enjoy a restful night.
- The owner resides in the main residence.
- The Casita and Villa sit approximately 400 feet apart, giving each space a greater sense of privacy.
- This home includes a pullout sofa. This pull-out is best suited for kids or smaller guests and may feel tight/short for taller adults.
- Please note that the electric fireplace is decorative and does not provide heat. It features visual flame effects and audio/crackling sounds.
- Rural roads and conditions may become uneven after rain; guests should drive carefully.
- Please note that complimentary washer and dryer usage is available only with garage access. The Villa Tesla charger is also located in the garage and is available only when garage access is rented; otherwise, guests may use the Casita Tesla charger up the hill, subject to availability.

Parking Details:
- Park up to 2 vehicles in front of each unit. Please do not block the garage.
- RV parking can accommodate 1–2 RVs up to 40 feet each at the same time.
- RV parking is for parking only; overnight stays or sleeping in RVs are not permitted.
- RV parking includes a 50-amp hookup and water connection for $15 per night.
- There is no RV dump or sewer hookup.
- A separate service entry must be used for RVs.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.

We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
