Step out onto the expansive covered deck and soak in breathtaking views of Canandaigua Lake and the rolling hills beyond—an ideal setting for morning coffee or evening sunsets. Whether you're spending the day touring local wineries, chasing nearby waterfalls, Skiing or Snowboarding at Bristol Mountain or staying in to enjoy the peaceful property, there's something for everyone.

· The 6440 Bills Road short-term rental is in a residential area in the Town of South Bristol and tenants shall be courteous and respectful of the property and privacy rights of the residents of neighboring houses and properties.

· Tenants and guests must comply with the Noise Law of the Town of South Bristol as set forth in Chapter 113 of the Code of the Town of South Bristol.

· All renters will be subject to New York Penal Law § 240.20 or any successor statute regarding disorderly conduct.

· Littering is illegal.

· All fires must be attended.

· There shall be no use of, or trespass upon, lands of neighboring houses or properties for any purpose at any time.

· The use of fireworks and firecrackers of any kind are prohibited on the rental unit property.

This place was a perfect base for our Finger Lakes weekend! Peaceful at night and close enough to drive to all the wineries we wanted to go to during our time there. Very accessible to Naples and Canandaigua, and just a bit further to Geneva and all of Seneca. The house itself was plenty spacious for us and stocked conveniently with all we needed. We will definitely look to stay again in the future!

Lovely, quiet spot. Very clean. We ran in to a few issues, oven wouldn't work unless pulled out from the wall, ceiling fans in both bedrooms were not working, one of the dining chairs had a loose crosspiece that could land someone on the floor. Nothing that derailed our stay but just didn't meet our expectations when you spend 1,700 dollars for a 3 night stay. Host responded quickly via email but there were no on site repairs made.

However, we were unable to find any reports during your stay regarding the bedroom ceiling fans or the loose dining chair. We certainly understand that these items were frustrating, but unfortunately, we can only address concerns that are brought to our attention. Had we been made aware of the additional issues during your stay, we would have been happy to have our maintenance team investigate and make the necessary repairs. It is unfortunate to receive a 4-star review when we were not given the opportunity to address these concerns and potentially improve your experience. Our team is always available and responsive, and we encourage guests to reach out when an issue arises so we have the opportunity to make it right. Thank you again for your feedback and for staying with us. We will be sure to have our maintenance team review the items mentioned.
