3 / 2, 1,000 S.F. w/ 22'x10' screen room overlooking the water. Located on KERR KEY this canal leads to Lake Kerr (spring fed 2800 acres) located in the Heart of the Ocala National Forest. Bring your boat (ramp available). Great boating, fishing, hunting and hiking. Awesome lake for every kind of water sport: wakeboarding, waterskiing, canoeing, kayaking, tubing or just going for relaxing boat cruise. Close to Centennial OHV Trailhead with endless miles for every type of off-roading.
The space
Rooms are nicely sized. Main bedroom has King bed, Bedroom 2 includes queen bed and Bedroom 3 includes a double bed. Living room is spacious with lots of seating, flat screen TV, Dish network and BluRay DVD player and stereo. Living room, dining area and kitchen are open floor plan and makes great place for family to gather. Kitchen is equipped with range, refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, 4 slice toaster and Keurig coffee maker(coffee, tea and creamer included).

Screen room is located on back of the home overlooking beautiful canal leading to Lake Kerr. Screen room has outdoor table and chairs, plus Adirondack chairs for relaxing in patio, or taking outside to enjoy the sun or star gazing.

Outdoors includes charcoal grill and fire pit ring. Take the chairs into the back yard and enjoy late nights under the stars.

Located in the Heart of the Ocala National Forest and on canal leading to Lake Kerr. bring your boat(ramp in community), kayak / canoe or your UTV from riding all the Forest Trails. Salt Springs is also named for the beautiful naturel springs flowing 52 million gallons of spring water per day.
