Welcome to Timeless Telfair, a bright and beautifully preserved one-bedroom apartment tucked just off Telfair Square, in the heart of Savannah’s Historic District. Located at the corner of Broughton and Barnard Streets, you're just steps from the city’s best shopping, dining, and nightlife.

Secure Building Entry: Step through the building’s secure lobby and ride the elevator up to your private floor, where your historic Savannah retreat awaits.

Charming, Light-Filled Living Space: The open-concept layout features a cozy living and dining area with sweeping views of the city. Exposed brick walls, hardwood floors, and natural light pouring through tall windows create an inviting atmosphere, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring downtown.

The Perfect Location: Start your morning with a craft coffee from The Coffee Fox, wander over to the award-winning Paris Market for a little shopping, and grab brunch at Little Duck Diner in nearby City Market. Ready for a night out on the town? You're only two blocks away from some of the best rooftop bars, nightlight and everything our city has to offer!

The bedroom is tucked away from the bustle of Broughton Street, the serene bedroom ensures a quiet night’s sleep. Enjoy a plush Queen-size bed, ample closet space, and a private ensuite bath.

What is parking like for this home?
Parking for this home is on-street and metered, with enforcement by the City of Savannah Monday through Saturday, 8am to 8pm. Guests may conveniently pay using the ParkSavannah app, feed the meter or parking kiosks directly, or utilize a nearby public parking garage. Pre-paid visitor parking passes are available for purchase at the Parking and Mobility Services office. Please take note of posted Sweep Zone signs when parking on the street.

We can welcome your dog companions at this pet friendly home, but ask that you find other arrangements for cats, birds, and other furry friends. There is a $130 pet fee (non-refundable) with a 35 lb. maximum weight limit per dog and a limit of 2 dogs per reservation. Some homes may allow larger dogs, please inquire for more information.

Perfect location, was able to walk everywhere. Nice, comfortable place to stay. Only con, I was left 1 washcloth for a 3 night stay.

Very happy due to classy property management

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Most important to me is how the property is managed. It's the most controllable aspect of a rental. This property was exceptional, with everything done to a high standard.I had nothing to pick on.

This was a great stay and Savannah is a gorgeous walking city. The place was spotless, and the host was very responsive and helpful whenever I had questions. The location is a huge plus, just minutes from downtown/Historic District and the River Street area, making it easy to get around and enjoy everything. We even figured out how to use the free DOT to get to Starland because it runs by the place. The only downside is that being so close to the action comes with some noise, including late night activity and early morning trash pickup. That said, it felt like a fair trade off for the convenience. I would definitely stay here again and again.

Beautifully decorated and very comfortable condo in an absolute perfect location! We didn't need or want for anything as the home was very well stocked with anything you would need for your stay. We walked everywhere and only got back in our car to go to the airport. We recommend this adorable loft to couples or a small family. If we're fortunate enough to return to Savannah one day, we will book here again!

Had a great weekend stay. Location is close to everything downtown and we easily parked at a nearby public garage and did not drive till time to leave. Easy access to restaurants, shopping, and historic locations. We took the trolley to get around but walking was doable for majority. The unit was nicely decorated and very clean. The neighborhood did have a noise issue one night but outside that was a perfect stay

The actual building could use some updates. When you walk into the lobby it is a little underwhelming and dirty. The elevator is very shady but worked every time. When we got to the actual unit we were more than pleased. Very clean, great decorations, etc... Pictures are spot on and we'd stay again.
