All workers on the property was very unfriendly. They didn’t want to help you with anything. One outside pool on the property and it stayed crowded. Need more elevators took forever to get on and off. Parking garage is a disaster waiting to happen. I will never say here again.

Comforters were dirty on all beds. Floors were extremely dirty and could tell they had not been mopped in quite some time. Walls had stains. Decorative mirror was blurry where it had not been wiped clean properly. The garbage disposal did not work. The hall light flickered. The main refrigerator went out and caused groceries that were bought the first night to go bad. Maintenance was supposed to come on Monday and I was not made aware of what happened when they arrived, if the refrigerator was fixed or still broken. The back up fridge was brought to the room and placed behind the dining table making it difficult to get into if guest were sitting at the dining table. The view was fantastic but the unit overall was overly priced for the amount of hardships we faced.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration this caused. We also apologize that you were not kept properly informed about the maintenance visit and the status of the refrigerator. We understand how important clear communication is, particularly when an issue affects your food and daily use of the condo. The placement of the backup refrigerator also should have been handled more thoughtfully to avoid interfering with the dining area. Your comments regarding the comforters, floors, walls, mirror, garbage disposal, and flickering light are being taken seriously as well. This is not the standard of cleanliness and functionality we want our guests to experience, and we appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention so they can be addressed. We’re glad you were able to enjoy the fantastic view, but we recognize that the view does not make up for the hardships you experienced. We’re genuinely sorry we fell short during your stay and appreciate your honest feedback.

Our stay was amazing. There were binoculars in our condo so that we could watch the marine life early in the mornings! We saw dolphins, schools of fish, and manatees!! The kitchen area was fully furnished and easy to use and the beds were amazingly comfortable.

This property was as nice as it was shown. It was clean, but like most places barefeet will get black. Floors look clean but could use a wash. Everyone loved the beds. If you like a hard one you are out of luck. They were very soft like mama bear's. The views are incredible. The unit had everything we needed for cooking. Pool was sparkling. I would go again and recommend Panama Shores. Check in instructions could have been better. You need to tell people to turn into the tunnel to check in because during spring break the streets are chaos and it was hard to see at night. Overall we were very happy. Communication was great. Heed the parking garage warnings. Spaces are tight.

Sandy but great stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Great condo with wonderful Gulf views! A few supplies short in the kitchen and a lack of blankets for January and February weather, but nothing the Dollar Tree couldn't fix and nothing to diminish the overall experience! We'll be back!

Great condo with plenty of space.

Condo was great! Very clean and convenient to many nearby activities and restaurants Parking was not visitor friendly. and elevators had lengthy waits. Would suggest something to make the tubs less easy to slip in.

Great place. Nice people no issues with property !!

Condo was nice and clean. Could use more kitchen sut. Other than having to buy a spatula to cook breakfast with since there wasn't one.. everything else was great. Loved the view and elevators were fast and no issues. A lot of reviews were how aweful the wait was but us having 8 in our group we never had to wait more than 2 minutes for one.

The Condo it’s self was super nice but the check in process was terrible. I waited for 30 minutes for a luggage cart just to be able to unload the car, the elevators were extremely slow but overall it was a great time!

good location and pool and beach access but horriible elevator

Elevator was the biggest problem..sometime we had to wait 1 hour for elevator

The elevator situation is a problem for many guests and we have been trying to address it with the management, nonetheless, we would like to apologize for the traffic and congestion as this tends to happen during the busy season.
