This lovely ground floor unit is located just one block east of the inviting sands of the Gulf beaches of Anna Maria Island and one block west of the bay. It features 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. Queen bed in the Master bedroom and 2 Twin beds in the Guest room. A sofa bed in the living room which is size queen. It is close to the pool, and has a full kitchen and full bath. Stocked with beach chairs, beach towels, a beach cart, a cooler, and pop-up canopy for your convenience.
The island has a free trolley. In suite washer and dryer. WIFI included.

Great location and lovely pool

This home has everything you need to enjoy time at the beach or pool. It is only one block away from the beach. The pool is beautiful with plenty of chairs in the sun or the shade. There was plenty of parking. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Location

This property is 1 block from the beach and 1 mile south or north of hubs of grocery/shops/or restaurants so sometimes we walked and sometimes we took the Free Trolley. Our section of beach was never over crowded like some other area were on the Island. Beds were a little stiff but overall this unit was large enough to have our friends over for breakfast every morning and loved all the beach gear they had to use which was about 4-5 beach chairs, toys, umbrella, and even a cooler. This was just enough for us and I'd rent this again

We love Anna Maria Island :)

Property was exactly as advertised. Nothing fancy but everything that we needed. My only complaint is the herd of elephants staying on the floor above us. They decided to move around from 11:30pm - 1am which really hindered our rest. I'll say - there's absolutely nothing the owner could have done about this, just feel it's important you know this is a motel room with a floor above it.

AMI Get-Away

We've been vacationing on AMI for 7 perfect yrs and decided to take a 2nd "bonus" trip this year. Check-in was at 4pm, had asked for early check-in but due to "extra Covid protocol cleaning" it wasn't available and that was fine. After a fun day at the beach we went to get keys and walked into our unit to find it hadn't been cleaned, beds unmade, dirty towels in bathroom etc. Spoke with owner, got excuses vs. apologies, and a $50 gift card to grab dinner while it was cleaned & they let us return at 7pm. A few more blips along the way, door lock issues, WiFi down for a day, TV didn't work in living room, wash machine was finicky etc. The location is excellent; 1 block to beach & the pool was awesome! Due to this being a short 4 day trip, the interruptions were a bit inconvenient and we agreed upon an add'l refund to include cleaning fees.

Great location!

Perfectly located on the island and easy walk to the beach. Loved having a washer/dryer. Unit could use some updating-mildew on shower curtain, breaker trips when using kitchen appliances, bedding and mattresses could be more comfortable. Loved the pool, too, but it isn’t heated.

Cleaning was as usual for rentals…i.e. superficial. Bathtub drain and toilet became clogged several times. Toilet very low…feels almost like you are sitting on the floor. Twin beds in front bedroom are hard and lumpy.
