Beautiful site off the beaten path. Great beach and dock for launching paddle craft. Short walk to restaurants and shops.

Great Get Away.

This condo has amazing views, beautifully decorated and a very quiet setting. Had everything we needed for a really relaxing long weekend. Close to some great restaurants too. My husband enjoyed fishing from the private pier. We'll be back.

My husband and I stayed there 4 days and relax we did. We enjoyed this place because it was out of the hustle and bustle of crazy vacationing. The pool was clean and we had it to ourselves most of the time. We saw dolphins every day and and everything we needed to cook with was available. I will recommend this place to others and we'll be back. We used this location to go to a couple of the springs to kayak. In closing just remember to bring your mosquito spray for evening and lots of restraunts takes turns closing.

Great place

We were there for a fishing tournament, great location and water access was a plus. There was room on the dock for about 3 boats. Keep in mind when tide is low the boat will be sitting on the mud, but we totally expected that. Great unit and had everything we needed. Sunset views are about the best on the island. Easy check in process. We’ll be back!

Wow! The pictures don't do this place justice! It is everything and more!! Our stay was wonderful, the condo was clean and nice, the porch was my favorite...I just didn't want to leave it, and the fantastic view! And fishing was fun too! We caught sea bass, catfish, and a Sting Ray! What a wonderful time we had, thank you Earl & Meredith, we will be back!!

Great view without working TVs food stains on draws in kitchen window sills filthy . Since TVs weren’t working we requested a refund for leaving early got the runaround from property manager and vrbo manager.

Renter beware! You WILL Not be refunded security d

Condo was nice, and owner was accommodating when the time was convenient for him.... We rented the condo for 3 nights and we were charged a security deposit. 4 weeks later we sent an email asking when we we would get the deposit returned. The owner then responded via email and claimed we stained carpet and ruined towels and had too many occupants etc. Etc..and the repairs exceeded the deposit amount. (We only slept at the condo 2 nights and were gone during the day)...Someone please tell me this!? If we ruined carpet, towels etc...and the owner has my CC info and Security Deposit, why did they fail to inform me or atleast contact me to make me pay for damages??? Ding ding ding! Once i called to inquire aboit the security deposit i was responded with an email that claimed our damages exceeded the initial deposit..HUH? If that was true why was i the one contacting the owner about the deposit? It is obvious They keep everyones security deposit because that calculates an extra $400- $500 in revenue per month. I do not appreciate being lied too by the property owner about ficticious damages that did not occur and it is wrong for the owners of this property to list a low rental price when he plans on keeping your deposit money to compensate the low rental price. Feel free to see my dozens of other great reviews of properties i have stayed at through the years. I am not one to leave negative reviews but i can provide pictures upon request of the immaculate condition we left the condo in...i am 0 certain the owner cannot! The condo is decent but the condo owner WILL NOT contact you after the rental...once YOU contact him, he will make up reasons to refuse to refund the deposit! RENTER BEWARE!!

Really great location!

Our family of 4 came for the pirate festival. The condo was impeccable and well stocked with everything you could need. The view from the balcony was simply amazing. The property was quiet and only a few minutes ride to the city center.. We rented a golf cart and really enjoyed our stay in Cedar Key. Would love to stay again!

A little more TLC in Cleaning

The property was excellent, loved the view, only complaint was that I noticed was a lot of "dust bunnies" under the bed in the Master Bedroom. I had dropped something and it went under the bed and I did notice a lot of dust which is why I probably woke up with my allergies bothering me (I;m allergic to dust). Overall, would highly recommend. Cedar Key is a very relaxing community with great seafood restaurants, which we enjoyed during our stay.

If you are looking for a beach vacation this is not the spot BUT if you just need to relax or want to fish and do other water sports Cedar Key is great. Check out Manatee Springs state park and the always 72 degree spring. Bring a float for relaxing

Quiet paradise…

Apartment has lovely view, and basically 2 masters so would work well for 2 couples. We only ate breakfast in, but had everything we needed. Cocktail time with sunsets can’t be beat.

Nature's Coast

Me and my wife went as we never visited the Nature's Coast. I could not have asked for a nicer place to go. This wonderfully equipped condo exceeded our expectations. the owner personally gave us some great places to go (thank you!!!) the check in was so easy and the translation is great family memories. The condo was the cleanest we have ever stayed in !!! We will definitely be back.

Always a wonderful time.

It’s always beautiful and quiet. Condo is furnished well. If there was one thing I would add it would be more comfortable chairs outside or cushions for the Adirondack chairs. It’s a short walk to town and a beautiful view.
