Condo offers pool side living downtown! Freshly painted and sparkling clean, this unit is the far corner of the complex for maximum peace and quiet. Gorgeous tile floors throughout make no worries of any extra sand on your feet. Fully furnished kitchen with quartz countertops and storage galore make longer stays easy! Shaded windows and ceilings fans in both bedrooms will ensure a good night's rest. Every amenity has been planned for your best stay. If you're staying in for the night, a big screen TV is the perfect place to watch a movie. Master bedroom has a TV for maximum entertainment for everyone. The highlight of these units is the nature out your back door! Bird watcher's take note: this is one of the finest places to view roseate spoonbills roosting in the mangroves! Osprey, eagles, skimmers and more abound. Water views beyond are ever changing with the day and the weather. Heated pool (seasonally) and hot tub for soaking those aching muscles after a long day on the water. During summer months, the pool is a great spot to entertain the kids and cool off. Nothing says vacation like a cold drink and a dip in the pool! Community golf cart charging station to recharge from gallivanting around town—it's one of the best ways to see the island! Rent ahead or you'll be walking, most companies do sell out every weekend or more. Kayak racks for the outdoor enthusiast are available below this unit.

Lovely place to stay!

Very comfortable and convenient to activities

The apartment was clean and large enough for my mom with her wheel walker to have access to everything. Master bathroom was very easy for her to use. Elevator worked well and was very convenient. All the appliances worked well, and there was plenty of pans and dishes. There were plenty of pillows and extra blankets for the grandkids on the living room pullout. The view from the large porch was beautiful. We were within a block of the city park and the gulf. Nice beach. Downtown also convenient and a nice restaurant. It was clean and comfortable and will be staying there again.

We have stayed here before…not in this specific unit. Many upgrades since. The unit was great! We were able to rent a golf cart. We went on a boat island tour with Capt Jayson and historic gift cart tour with Ryan. Great location - within walking distance to dinner or bakery or Prickly Palm for breakfast. Enjoyed the Bonish and Low-Key Hideaway Tiki Bars. Even did some shopping! We plan to come again!

LOVE! LOVE! LOVE!

We LOVE this unit! It is the perfect location and watching the wildlife on the back porch is a dream! We love this area because we can keep our boat there and it is always quiet. Super clean pool and the entire condo is so clean and welcoming! We have stayed here before and will always stay here! Thank you!!

Condo was great. Very clean, very organized and comfy! Good boat parking too. The town is still recovering from the hurricanes and has a long was to go. But enough restaurants opened to make it fun.

Great Place to Stay

We always stay here when we vacation in Cedar Key at least once a year. The room itself has everything you need for your stay and more. It is always clean and comfortable. The establishment as a whole is a peaceful getaway and we have never had any issues, while leaving our boat and fishing gear onsite while we walk the town.

A Lovely Place on a Magical Island

The condo is very lovely, airy, comfortable and very very clean. Love the decks in the front and back! The back deck has a nice view of the wetland and is perfect for bird watching during the day and star gazing at night. It’s pretty close to the public beach which is a perfect spot for watching sun rises. It’s a few minutes walk to dock street and downtown with good restaurants and bars, bakery, coffee shops and other businesses. We enjoyed Steamers Clam Bar and Grill (most fresh and tender claims) Anne’Cafe (most fresh mullet fish, best breakfast biscuits). Cedar Key is a magical place itself. There are more interesting places to explore in the area. Shell Mount is interesting to explore. Manatees Spring State Park is magical. Boat tour is fun. We saw dolphins. People are very friendly. Thank you all for making Cedar Key so special. Will visit again.

Other friends had recommended Cedar Key and we were curious. The location is special! A lovely, quiet place with lots of charm. Took a boat tour to the preserve area, fished for speckled trout, golf carted around, visited both history museums, and enjoyed good food and drink.
