This 3,300 square foot home combines sleek design elements with breathtaking views of Nichols Passage, Gravina, Annette, Pennock, and Prince of Wales Islands. The open-concept floor plan, floor-to-ceiling windows, and minimalist aesthetic create a sense of spaciousness and tranquility, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the stunning surroundings.
This private home with four bedrooms plus a large bunk bedroom provides plenty of space to spread out and relax in comfort. The main floor of the house has two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, dining room, office, and a bathroom. Business travelers will appreciate the private office for a quiet workspace. There are no stairs into the main floor of the house. Down the interior stairs to the lower floor you will find the den, game room with foosball table, sauna, wet bar, laundry room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and the large bunk room. All four of the bedrooms and the bunk room have beautiful water views. The large wrap-around deck overlooks the ocean and is equipped with a gas barbecue, large table and comfortable seating providing the home with a perfect balance of indoor and outdoor living.
Location is key and this home is located only 3 miles from downtown Ketchikan and walking distance to Rotary Beach. It is only 5 miles to Herring Cove and 1 mile to Mountain Point. A walking path nearby stretches from Mountain Point into downtown. There is a grocery store, sporting goods store, gas station and hardware store conveniently located only 1 mile away. Mountain Point and Herring Cove are the best on the island for shoreline fishing. Saxman Totem Park, the Rainforest Canopy & Zipline and several hiking trails are nearby.
