Beachfront with fantastic balcony! Amazing 3rd floor views!

Comfortably furnished 2BR/2BA condo in Sea Vista. This lovely vacation resort has private beach access, two tennis courts, and two private swimming pools with hot tubs. The complex is gated with security on the premises. Elevator and transport carts provided for convenience when checking in and out.

The master bedroom has full beachfront views with King size bed. The master bath has a tub shower combination with private access. Towels are provided.

The guest bedroom has two comfortable full size beds with separate bath that can be closed off to make a private guest suite. Towels are provided.

This smoke free and pet free condo has tile floors throughout.

The unit is fully equipped and has a full size washer and dryer inside the unit. A private balcony is all yours to enjoy each sunrise during your stay! Plenty of beach towels are provided as well as a full complement of chairs, boogie boards umbrellas and lots of sand toys!

The kitchen and living area complete the open concept living space with full beachfront views from every angle! The kitchen has almost everything you might need to cook the days catch! A Keurig coffee maker is provided. Mr. Coffee as well.

World class seafood restaurants, shopping, and a friendly, courteous Sea Vista staff is what makes our condo home away from home. Our family loves it here and we hope you will find that you love it here too!

Free, private beach access is just outside the building. All doors are coded for secure entry into the building. You will find we are situated on the perfect stretch of beach to enjoy your vacation. Sea Vista is nestled between the Holiday Inn and Beach Park.

Sea Vista requires all guests to register in the office upon arrival. Parking for two vehicles is allowed with this rental and you will receive a parking permit after checking in at the office. Towing is enforced.
We have free wireless internet access.

Our unit is our home. We manage things and we will do our best to help make your stay memorable. If you choose to stay with us, we hope you find it clean and comfortable. The space has a quaint, beachy feel with light bright colors and a view to remember!

Loved our stay at this condo! Beautiful view and easy access to the beach. We only stayed for 2 days and wish we could’ve stayed a whole week! The location is great b/c it’s the last condo before the park so we didn’t have the crowds. And it was quiet, we didn’t hear any neighbors. We will definitely be back! Thank you Lisa.

Awesome stay at South Padre Island!We had such an amazing start to our trip at this condo! The views from the 3rd floor were absolutely stunning—waking up to that scenery every morning was pure perfection.The beds were super comfortable, the place was spotlessly clean, and it just felt so warm and homey. Everything we needed was right there, and it truly felt like a home away from home.I called the owner and she responded so quickly—she was incredibly nice, helpful, and informative. That made the whole experience even better.We would definitely stay at this condo again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

Just the best rental ever.Well stocked with everything you could ever need.The beach decor was perfect. Beds were exceptionally comfortable down to the wonderful soft sheets. That may sound like an inconsequential thing, but to me, it speaks volumes about a host who really cares.The location is sublime if you want to be close to, but also away from, the main commercial area. The view doesn't get any better. I can see why people say they are return guests.I can't wait to go back.

Great location on the island. And a great, wide beach. Sea Vista is the farthest south complex on the island. Even on the weekends the beach is relatively uncrowded - during the week it’s possible to have some solitude. This is not the case with condos further north where the beaches are more narrow and the crowds are much larger.

We had a great stay!!

The condo was everything we needed and more. Great location and the view was amazing! Condo was very homey and beds were super comfortable!! We will definitely be back!! Lisa was also very accommodating !!

Wonderful Condo and owners!

Condo was so comfortable with a BEAUTIFUL view of the Gulf. The owners are very kind. The pool was so clean and enjoyable. Highly recommend this condo at Sea Vista.

Awesome place.

Very cozy and homey. Like home away from home. The view of the ocean was fantastic. The owner was very kind and helpful on our arrival and overall understanding. We would definitely come.
