We appreciate the feedback regarding cleanliness, kitchen organization, seating, and the small household conveniences you mentioned. Guest feedback like this helps us identify opportunities to improve the experience, and we are putting your suggestions into play. Regarding the pool, a repair/cleaning was scheduled on the day of your arrival, and our pool technician returned the following morning after the storms had passed to finish the work and ensure everything was operating properly. We apologize that the pool was not in ideal condition when you arrived and understand how that impacted your enjoyment. We also apologize for the lack of communication during the severe storm-related power outage. While the outage itself was beyond anyone's control, we understand that guests look to us for guidance during unexpected situations. The home is equipped with a backup generator that powers essential systems, including refrigeration, air conditioning, and select lighting circuits, but we recognize that we should have been more responsive and communicative that evening. Thank you again for your feedback. We're pleased to hear you had a great family weekend overall, and we'll use your comments to continue improving the guest experience.
