New kitchen and baths, new furniture, open balcony, and within walking distance to the center of Wrightsville Beach, restaurants, groceries, sundries, and water sports. Sleeps up to a combination of 5 (4 adults maximum; or adults and children under 17). (1-King; 2-Fulls). The sofa cannot be utilized as sleeping space.

This property rents SEASONAL, POST-SEASON, & LONG-TERM.
Seasonal rentals are Friday-Friday...Check-in at 4pm; Check-out 11am.

Long-Term rentals are available October thru April. (special circumstances considered)
Beach items are not allowed in the building, in the corridors, stairwells, or in the condos. Linens provided are not to be used for the Beach, or taken outside the condo.
2-Parking spaces ONLY are available for guests during season. One marked for the individual unit; One unmarked space if space is available due to occupancy.
Additional street metered parking is available in front of property. City of Wrightsville Bch May offer week parking passes for metered spaces.

2. The city of Wrightsville Bch has an ordinance to prevent pets, smoking, & glass on the beach. This, in an effort to keep all guests & homeowners safe & the beach clean; & to maintain the beauty of Wrightsville Bch...one of the top, most desired beaches on the eastern seaboard.

We searched the west coast of Florida & up the eastern seaboard for 10 years until we found Wrightsville Beach. It only took 3 hours of touring before I knew it was the location of my second home. I've owned for 17+ years & have NEVER tired of going. It is truly exceptional. The atmosphere of a resort community, & the accessibility of a working community makes it a unique combination. It's beautiful; it's clean; & it's incredibly safe. Wrightsville Beach is perfect for a single or couples getaway; & has everything a family needs to make life-time memories. Once you've visited Wrightsville Beach, you will definitely be back!!
Wrightsville Beach & Wilmington has everything. Exceptional beach, water sports, golf, restaurants, shopping, putt-putt golf, museums, water park, fishing pier, deep sea fishing. Wilmington has a very nice airport; one of the largest movie filming industries in the eastern US. Wrightsville Beach is close to hospitals & urgent cares, & pharmacies.

Great location and beautiful furnishings. Available kitchen items/appliances are a real bonus compared to other condos I have stayed in. The 2nd floor location at The Islander is a bonus to avoid the elevators, and still getting a great ocean view. Being a beach person (chairs, tent, beach items, etc.), I would have liked access to the new and improved outside storage lockers, but Carol at the Islander front desk made some accommodations for us to use. The Islander staff, Carol/Kris/Kevan are great to work with as well! Definitely will consider this condo for any future Wrightsville Beach vacations.
We really enjoyed staying at the Islander and this condo is simply beautiful. Thanks for sharing it with those of us not fortunate enough to have a home in Wrightsville Beach. We look forward to a return visit.
Top Notch First Class Condo
This condo should actually be a professional kept secret, simply because one may have trouble finding open dates. Once you walk inside this gorgeous condo you will never be satisfied any other place. The view is spectacular, the professional decorating, furnishings, premium bedding and linens, kitchen, and every last detail is extravagent! I felt like I was in a 5 star resort. It was a big decision to stay at the beautiful pool or head down to beach. The owner is very gracious and has put a lot of thought and time making a a perfect place to relax and make awesome memories, all worry free.

This condominium is beautiful. The view is good and the facility is very nice. Perfect vacation place for couples. There were so many personal breakables in the condo that it did make me nervous with our grandson. I put a lot of the things in the drawers so they would not get broken. Other than that, we loved the location and Wrightsville Beach. We will visit again.
We have stayed at this beautiful, immaculate, homey condo both short and long term since 2010. The owner is very hospitable and gracious. Much thought was given to the important aspects of making a stay perfect. The property was as described and well appointed. The condo has everything you need except food and personal items. Linens being provided was great!
The balcony, master bedroom and kitchen have beautiful oceanfront views. It is wonderful waking up to a beautiful sunrise while still in bed. The beds are very comfortable with upscale bedding. The kitchen is very well stocked to entertain. The eating area seats nine plus four on balcony. The cabana by the pool offers grilling out , dining tables, a bar, an outdoor shower , restrooms, and storage for beach equipment. No more lugging beach equipment to your room! The Holiday Inn is next door with a restaurant, lounge and small market if you want to eat out. There is a private walk to and from beach near the pool, beach is seldom crowed and very quiet . The pool is never crowded and always well kept. No watercrafts on ocean which means very quiet and relaxing. I enjoy watching surfers, dolphins, water boarders etc from the balcony and on the beach.
Upon arriving at The Islander in the private parking lot you can unload in front of lobby .Carts are in the lobby in front of two elevators which are seldom crowded. It is very safe here, having the front doors locked when the managers are not in the office. There are washers/dryers on each floor. Tennis courts are well kept for everyone to enjoy.
Stargazing at night and listening to the ocean from the balcony is a delight to look forward to at day's end. Sweet dreams.
Restaurants nearby are plentiful...within walking distance. You can't get a less stressful vacation. The entire island is unique.
We will definitely vacation and stay here often. It truly has become our home away from home!
Wrightsville Beach is one of the eastern seaboard's most beautiful beaches.
