*No central air but we have an A/C unit in sunroom

*Free Parking- 4 Vehicles, ask about additional parking needs.
*Large yard space on the lakeside.

*Feel free to bring your own kayaks and paddle boards to use

Drugs/Smoking/Fireworks: We do not permit illegal drugs of any kind on the property. Fireworks are also prohibited.
Because we have close neighbors, smoking is strongly discouraged around the home and strictly prohibited in the home.
Neighbor has access to go on dock to use his boat but not the property on land.

All sheets and duvet covers are laundered between guest stays. Smoke and CO detectors as well as fire extinguisher gauges are checked for functionality.

FEES?
Smoke/Marijuana smell in home: $200 Fee. This can be from just having the product in the home and/or on clothes you smoke in so be mindful and leave those in your vehicle.
