- All garbage has to be placed in the bags and put in garbage container aside of the house or on back alley behind the fence

- If the house is smoked in, fee of will be applied

- If the house is not left in reasonably clean condition, an additional cleaning fee could be applied

- Be advised that I keep your lost/forgotten items (that you left in the house) until 1pm only
