Welcome to our spacious heated pool home and enjoy everything South Florida has to offer minutes away from Hard Rock Casino or Stadium, Gulf Stream Park, nearby malls and restaurants. Get to the beach in 22 minutes or hang out by the pool nestled with shade from coconut and mango trees while you bbq and sunbathe or take a dip in the heated pool. Enjoy the private mini golf strip or play billiards in one of the 2 family rooms, each with a 75+ inch smart TV and enjoy your music or favorite shows.

We absolutely love the house!! The set up is really nice, the pool was excellent. The house is closed to Walmart, Publix and many restaurants. The house is centrally located and not far from Hollywood Beach and other areas of intrest. My family really enjoyed their stay. Carlos was an Excellent host. We would definitely stay here again when visiting family in the Pembroke Pines area.

While the property was clean and inviting, there was room for repair and additional upkeep in some areas/rooms2. Would be nice to have transparency regarding what the host fee covers, especially when in most cases the fee is higher than the total nightly rate.

Perfect for Weekend Retreat with Friends

The house worked perfectly for what we needed in a mini-retreat. There were plenty of beds and bathrooms. Lots of space for us to be able to spread out. Nice gas grill, large TVs and pool table were a bonus. Highly recommend staying here. We will probably use it again.

Good pre cruise house for families

Host was good communicator. The pool has a leak and will be fixed. We had a good time and would stay again.

Wonderful Home

This property is the perfect location and space for our group. The advertisement is correct with the number of beds and bathrooms. The kitchen is ready to use and large enough for a group. Thank you! This is our second time renting this home and we will be returning next year.

Great place to stay! Pool table was a huge plus! We have late teen kids and there were many games played throughout the week. Plenty of room for our large family. Would rent again!

Fantastic home in a great neighborhood

We had a fantastic stay at this property! 16 of us stayed at this property for the weekend. The home was exactly like the pictures. It is spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained. The host provided the check-in code in advance and was incredibly responsive throughout our stay. We really appreciated the flexibility of an early check-in and late check-out. Everything was seamless, and the pool was a major highlight. Highly recommend this home for large groups!

Competitive Athlete Training Camp

This property was perfect for our stay! The owner was very accommodating and easy to connect with for any questions. Highly recommend this home. Note: The who stayed with you at this property link did not work when I was completing this. A competitive swim team should be the selected response not family.

Large House

House is just like the pictures. Large with a lot of beds. House was clean but could have used more supplies, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry pods. There is an additional charge per person per night over 8 people. Pool was great and clean. We didn't notice anything broken. We would stay there again with our large group.

Great place at a great cost for a large group

This house had everything our group needed. We had an 11-person group for our golf trip and there were more than enough beds for every person in our group. Additionally, there was plentiful bathroom space conveniently located near all of the bedrooms. The back room that opens up to the backyard area / pool ended up being a great hangout spot at night's. The backyard is spacious and a great place to spend a night grilling and hanging out by the pool. Communication from Carlos was great, we had our access code a few days before the trip. Location was perfect as there are several courses within 20min drive. It's also only ~10min from Hard Rock Casino and ~25min from the Ft. Lauderdale bars and restaurants.

Our stay at Carlos‘s property was amazing. The property has its quirks admittedly, but it is so spacious with so many amenities, TVs, showers, etc. All things considered the punches above its price point. Making it a fantastic location to rent out for a large groups, such as ours. Not to mention the fact that Carlos has been by far one of my most beloved rental managers amongst my group!
