This was the perfect stay for the weekend! We were in Bloomington for a basketball tourney for our nephew! The location was perfect in regards to easily accessing the sports venue. The bed was really comfortable! We would choose to stay here if a need to return to Bloomington is necessary!

This house was lovely and very clean. The beds were comfortable. I was impressed by how well stocked the kitchen was with cooking utensils. The neighborhood was quiet. The host was very responsive. We had a wonderful stay!

The place is cute; however, we had terrible trouble with the heat and the host took too long to get the situation remedied, so we spent a very uncomfortable 1st night, cold. The second night, we roasted. It is very well appointed and comfortable, but just the bare minimum is there. Great for families, I think as the beds are comfortable and the kitchen is new and well laid out with plenty of room and a nice dining area.

Amazing host, helpful, friendly and communicative. The house was immaculate and well-appointed, equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, yet less than 10 minutes from everywhere we wanted to go - the IU campus, restaurants and grocery stores. Finally, the checkout process was not overburdensome; it was simple and streamlined. Highly recommend a stay at this property, and would return again without hesitation.

Great convenient location to close to shopping, restaurants, family friendly activities, and IU campus. The house is exactly as listed. Everything we needed was included with the house. The back porch and yard are an added bonus. The street is quite and not super busy. The driveway is inclined, but manageable. We brought our boat to enjoy a few days at Lake Monroe. The driveway did fit our boat, however, it did take multiple attempts to get it in the driveway and not drag the bottom our trailer. I am not sure if a boat has ever been parked in the driveway, but it can happen. There is plenty of street parking around the house. We came during a heatwave and the ac could not keep up. Luckily, we travel we fans so it wasn't a huge issue for us. Nothing faulty with the ac unit, it was blazing hot and it was doing the best it could. The beds were all comfortable, and plenty of bedding and towels were available. All in all, we enjoyed our stay.
