House Rules Highlights
• No smoking allowed
• Well-behaved Dogs are allowed and welcome! (Please see detailed Pet Policy and Expectations)
• No events
• Please respect quiet hours: 11:00pm – 7:00am
• Trash/recycling info: Trash pick-up is very early on Tuesdays. Please place trash bags in receptacle located by the overhead garage door as necessary. If your stay includes a Monday night, we greatly appreciate you placing the receptacle out by the curb for pick-up.
• Grandfather Clock. It will not be functional during your stay. Please do not allow children to play with Grandfather Clock.
• Fireplace. It is not functional and cannot be used during your stay.

Check-out
EASY CHECK-OUT! Not a pile of chores to do prior to check-out.
• Place used towels and wash cloths in one of the bathrooms
• Gather used blankets, throws and place on beds or couch to indicate they have been used
• Please tidy up any trash sitting around and gather used dishes and place in the sink or dishwasher.
• If your pup tagged along, please clean up after your pet in the yard. Bags and receptacle are provided.
• If natural gas grill was used, please clean and turn gas off at the base of the grill.
• Please lock all doors.

Pet Policy and Expectations
We’re happy to welcome your well-behaved dogs — they’re part of the family!
• NOTE: There is a $75 pet fee per stay (not per dog), which is automatically added when you select “Bringing pets” during booking. Please ensure you click on this selection. This fee covers additional cleaning and supplies.
For everyone’s comfort:
• Dogs must be house-trained and supervised at all times.
• Keep dogs off furniture and beds unless you use the protective covers (sheets/dog blankets) provided.
• Excessive barking or damage may result in additional charges.
• Our fully fenced backyard is perfect for safe play and outdoor time. For your convenience, you’ll find pet supplies in the lower-level cabinet — including extra towels, bed covers, dog bowls, cleaning supplies, and a few doggie treats (no chicken in ingredients) to make them feel right at home.
• Additionally, there is a doggie door that is closable. In the event of inclement weather, please help to keep your pets and the home clean. We simply ask that you supervise pets while outdoors, clean up after them (doggie bag dispenser and trash receptacle at side of deck), and be considerate of neighbors if your pup is feeling especially chatty.
• You must crate or use a gating system for the safety and security of your pet and our house while you are away.
If you forget something for your pup, feel free to reach out — we often have extra supplies on hand and are happy to help.

• We love hosting and want you to feel right at home! While we give guests their space, we’re always just a quick message away if you need anything — whether it’s help with the smart lock, finding a great local restaurant, or ideas for exploring IU, Bloomington and Monroe Lake.
