Abbiamo un cottage che abbiamo appena ampiamente rinnovato la scorsa estate che dorme 10 a Point Sebago Resort a 1472 Paleo Woods Way, a pochi minuti a piedi dal lago, attività e tutti i servizi che il Resort ha da offrire. Cottage è composto da camera da letto principale, un soppalco, bunkroom e due nuovi divani letto in memory foam di dimensioni si trovano nelle due aree di seduta. Entrambe le aree salotto sono dotate di TV a schermo piatto e lettori BluRay. Una stanza ha un camino elettrico e sistema audio surround. Cottage è piano piano aperto tra cucina e sala da pranzo separato da un bar per la colazione. Cottage ha AC, cavo e WIFI. La cucina comprende forno a microonde, tostapane, macchina Keurig (portare i propri baccelli), utensili per cucinare / servire e vari utensili. C'è un ponte anteriore e posteriore con mobili da giardino, grill e un pozzo del fuoco nel cortile.

Cottage si trova convenientemente alla fine di una strada senza uscita. C'è poco traffico, perfetto se i bambini vogliono uscire e giocare o andare in bici. C'è anche un sentiero alla fine della strada che ti porta al centro sportivo, al lago, ai ristoranti, alla spiaggia, alle attività e ai servizi. Ci sono molte attività per i bambini per divertirsi e tenersi occupati.

Point Sebago è un resort per famiglie di 775 acri con numerose attività per la famiglia e programmi per bambini per tutte le età. Arcade, snack bar, gelateria, emporio, ristorante fronte lago, taverna con pista da ballo e tavoli da biliardo, tiki bar, animazione giornaliera e notturna, happy hour, splash park, spiaggia e campo da golf a 18 buche votato Southern Maine's # 1 Golf Corso di Golf Digest.

Pleasure staying here. Our hosts were very attentive and wonderful to work with. Their home was easy to access and clean upon arrival. Provided plenty of beds and space to enjoy our stay. Had fully stocked kitchen with all the utensils, pots, pans, toaster oven and Keurig for morning coffees. Easy access to the sports center and short walk to beach. We've been coming to Sebago for over 20 years and this was by far the most pleasant stay we've had. Thank you Tom and Marie for allowing us to stay in your beautiful vacation home.

Some frustrations

The property itself was clean but small. Listing it as "sleeps 10" was basically correct but misleading for a property so small. We had a few issues, ie one tv not working, bunk room door and bathroom door could not be closed as they would lock and could not be opened ( we placed tape over both door jambs so as not to be locked in or out). The owner helped with the tv but not the locks. There wasnt a single towel hook to be found in the bathroom. The loft is very near the ceiling and the 9 year old could touch head and feet against the walls of the bunk " closet" at the same time. The golf cart was dirty and extremely dated. Personally, I'd put blinds on the open porch room as i noticed the neighbors did, install hooks, and replace the knobs on the bathroom and bunk room. I dont think I'd rent in Point Sebago again. The children enjoyed themselves but the cost was very high for the accommodations and having to bring all the linens.

Our favorite by far!

We have stayed at several properties at Point Sebago and this one was the best. The cabin was clean, updated and had all the conveniences of home! We had a minor issue with the grill tank and Tom happened to be up there and came and helped us right out. It was a quiet neighborhood which we truly appreciated. Our kids loved the wooded area behind the property and all the “wildlife” (tiny tree frogs and moths, lol) they saw. The sleeping options were also a favorite, they had many places to choose from. We will definitely be back next year! Thank you!

Our week at Point Sebago

The cottage was great for our stay other than a few minor problems - cleaners could have done a better job, the stove had some issues and rain for 4 days (not anyone’s fault). Communication with the owners was great and they responded right away.

Vacation

The property was clean and not far from the beach and activities (within walking distance). The owners were easy to reach and responded quickly to any and all of our inquiries. The accommodations were perfect for our family. We would definitely rent from them again.

Great place!

We had a great stay here! Also so convenient to be able to rent the golf cart right from the owners. The cottage was perfect for the 4 of us and we loved the house. Marie and Tom were great to work with, very friendly and communicated very well. Highly recommend!

Perfect family trip

Tom and Marie were excellent hosts! The house was in excellent condition and was great for our family of four. We had an excellent week at Point Sebago. The house is in great location for access to the lake and amenities as well as a quick ride to the golf course! Communication was great and they made the entire experience a breeze. We would certainly stay again!

Great stay all around

Very good communication through and through, clean resort home, neat layout for the kids. Having 2 decks was perfect to have family staying at other sites over for dinner, living rm and a den was superb to separate the kids for down time with their own TVs

Awesome vacation

Tom and Marie’s place was exactly as described. Very cozy and clean. Location is great, close to everything. I would definitely recommend renting the golf cart, it made getting around much easier. The fire pit area was great to hang out with family. The owner’s responded very quickly with any inquiries. Would definitely rent again!

We had a great time at this property. It comes as advertised. There was 8 of us and there was plenty of room. Tom and Marie were very attentive to our questions and made the process very easy. It was nice to come right in and not have to worry about waiting to register. We will look again in the future.

Summer stay

Thomas and Marie were wonderful to work with and answered any questions that came up. The cottage was nicely remodeled and clean. Having the golf cart was a big help. The air conditioners in the front room kept the front area cool, the back room was hot at night. We didn’t utilize the bunk room or loft room because we had little kids but they were both surprisingly spacious and would not be bad to sleep in. The check in/out process was easy and smooth. Thanks to the Zwickers for a great stay!

Loved this property!

Stayed in Point Sebago for a week with 2 teenage boys and had 2 other families also renting up there for the week over on Purple Rd. We had THE BEST time and absolutely loved the location of this cottage! Just a quick ride (golf cart for me and bikes for the boys) to all the activities and beach. The cottage itself was perfect. Clean and plenty of space, never felt cramped or like we were tripping over ourselves. Plenty of cabinet space for our food and snacks and spices and marinades etc. Good size fridge. Excellent water pressure for showers and double sink for washing dishes. Front and back porches with chairs and small tables. I did have to clean those areas as they hadn't been swept and were covered in pine needles and debris but hey, it's in the woods so... Kind of have to expect that, but it would have been nice if it looked fresh on arrival and not covered in daddy long leg spiders and dirt. We didn't use it for first couple days for this reason but once I swept and sprayed down the table to clean it was quite nice and remained that way, I didn't have to keep doing it. Grill on back deck is older and on the small side, but works just fine and was perfect for our needs. They even had a second tank available but we didn't need it. I only grilled twice at our place as we had most meals over at our friends place who had a larger deck and back yard area. I actually liked the fact that this cabin wasn't where we did our group meals! Less for me to deal with afterwards. Lol. The owner was a delight to work with and very responsive when I had questions. The beds were very comfortable, and although it doesn't have central air, the 2 window a/c's kept the place cool and there were also fans to keep the air moving. The bunk room is tiny (like the bunk area in a trailer, not actual bunk beds but it had a door and little closet as well) we didn't really use that but it was good to have and one night a 3rd teen slept over and stayed in there no problem. The loft is cool to have and the kids liked hanging out up there but actually slept on the pull out couches. The golf cart was my favorite part and cheaper than renting from the resort, it's older than the others but worked just fine. No complaints at all and I would absolutely stay there again!! Sidenote: you have to bring your own blankets as well. I didn't realize this when I saw "bring your own linens" To me that meant sheets and towels, which is pretty standard everywhere I've ever rented. Just FYI

Great family vacation

The house is very cute and clean. The kids loved the loft space. It was just a short walk to the beach. Having two tv areas was amazing to have with the kids. The only thing I regret was not renting the golf cart. Although it’s not a long walk to the beach it would have been nice to have to bring the chairs and kids down the beach.
