This 2-bedroom 5 beds house is perfect for your escape to Coos Bay. With 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 2 bathrooms featuring a bathtub one of the bathrooms has a shower , this superb property offers a charming living room with a sofa bed and 2 twin beds for additional guests that can enjoy the enchanting atmosphere and cozy heating during their stay. Enjoy all that Coos Bay has to offer when you stay at Wills place. The house is between the bay and the ocean and several lakes. It is also about four blocks from downtown Coos Bay there is a 12 x 84 Area for parking RVs and also a 16 x 30 area for parking RVs. They are dry camps but you could park your boat or whatever there or your quad trailer motorcycles. Whatever you want. There is also garages that are available for an negotiated fee. Currently, we are doing some landscape work, but will not handle the inside of the house and we will not be working there while you are staying there.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Access to the back parking is best. The home is clean, well appointed Kitchen (with all of the basics), comfortable and centrally located. We enjoyed our stay at Will’s Place. This property will be on our list of return to when we visit our friends in Coos Bay again. Pet Friendly made it possible to travel with our fur Babies.

Why they chose this property

I got this house from a friend who had an extra house and they wanted to sell it. Basically, I chose it as retirement project basically and have been messing with it as I go along. This neighborhood is probably in line to be added to the historical committee. If you’re into these old little cottage type craftsman style house is this thing is cool 10’6” ceilings all sorts of woodwork.
I really do love this house

What makes this property unique

My property was built in 1910 and it is a double lot close to town. It had a foundation put under it in 1961 and it’s just a cool old house basically with high ceilings and a lot of woodwork. Currently, we are enhancing the landscape and hope to have it more like within the year.
