Take in the breathtaking views of the Great North Woods of New Hampshire. Here you will find direct access to one of the best groomed snowmobiling trail systems the state has to offer. Our home is located on the ATV and UTV trail system connecting you to the largest tri-state trails system you’ll find anywhere.
Whether you’re here for the snowmobiling, off roading adventure, hiking the mountains, an angler challenging the Connecticut River or casting into some of the best lake fishing in the state, making a ‘hole in one’ at the golf course, or seeking peace and serenity surrounded by beauty with endless starry skies to seeing the Northern Lights, you are sure to truly enjoy staying at Reed’s Cottage.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Wash dishes and put in drying rack
Turn heat down in the winter to 68* (black dot) and leave all doors open before you leave
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The property offers a unique experience with breathtaking views, surrounded by comfort, conveniently located with direct access to some of the best ATV, UTV and snowmobiling trails in the Great North Woods in New Hampshire. Everything you need, want or desire or just have the passion to do is only minutes away. I feel that my guests can totally relax and/or be ready to explore and find adventure. Aside from great trail rides we have great fishing, hunting, snow shoeing, cross country skiing, sightseeing, hiking, kayaking, canoeing, golfing, speedway, and great places to eat whether it’s in town or exploring one close by be extremely comfortable, private, and free to play and explore and enjoy all that this property has to offer.
