Perry Stream - Happy Corner Covered Bridge - Direct Snowmobile/ATV Access

Located on Perry Stream right next to Happy Corner Covered Bridge and offering 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, gas fireplace, this 1,300-square-foot home is ideal for families looking for a break from city stresses. Enjoy the view of Perry Stream from the 40-foot screened-in porch or take a walk on the private 12 acre backyard trail on the along Perry Stream up to Happy Corner Bridge.

Direct snowmobile and ATV access from the house, Young Store and Full Send Restaurant is close by (walking distance 1500'), Washer/dryer, Fire ring and Gas Grill.

- The home is accessible via keyless entry (Or with a key, 2 keys left inside) You'll receive 1 or 2 days prior your stay.

PARKING:

- Ample parking is available on the right side of the house
- No Parking on left side of garage driveway or in front of garage doors
- If you have a trailer over 8' tall use 1st Hill Rd on right. (Just past Spruce Cone Cabins on right) Covered Bridge Max Height 8'

HOUSE RULES:

- No smoking - On porch only or Outside.
- No events, parties or large gatherings
- Please observe quiet hours from 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM
- Please report any damages that occur to both Jeffrey and Vrbo.

Good Dogs welcomed!

-Pets are not allowed on any furniture (couch, chairs, beds). ALL pet poops to be cleaned up and disposed of properly. There will be an additional $75 cleaning fee if extra cleaning is needed. When not at the house, pets should be taken with you or if left behind should be kenneled (kennel not provided, so you'll need to bring) and not constantly barking.

SECURITY CAMERA INFORMATION:

- Your safety matters. This property features 4 Ring exterior security cameras, one on each side of the house. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. They record video and sound when activated by motion.

INTERNET INSTRUCTIONS:

- Instructions for connecting to the wireless internet network can be found inside the unit upon arrival

- Owner sometimes stays in a completely separate unit. (Apartment above the garage)

My family stayed here for a wedding and they truly enjoyed their stay. The rental was super clean and the owner was tremendous. They not only will stay here again, but they will also recommend it. A big plus is that this has a couple of air conditioners.

One of the best places that I’ve stayed at in Pittsburg and I’ve been going up at least once a year for the past eight years. The house was perfect for a weeklong getaway with friends for fly-fishing and side-by-sides. Jeff was fun to meet, very accommodating and responsive. Highly recommended. Great location. Great spot for ATVing

The host was very responsive and accommodating. The house was right on the ATV route and super close to Young’s store. Parking was adequate. We really enjoyed our stay.

Property was roomy and comfortable. Everything worked as expected, including Wi-Fi and TV. The screened porch was great and we made good use of it. Early August was quite warm in Pittsburg and we appreciated standing fans in each bedroom and overhead fans in the living/dining areas, as well as a couple of window air conditioners. Direct access to Perry Stream and the trails Jeff maintains on his property was an added bonus enjoyed by our grandson, our dog, and all the adults. A great place to stay.

Great house with plenty of room and an amazing view of the river. Centrally located for fishing. Excellent set up outside for the grill. We had a great time fishing all day and sitting around the fire pit at night. 10 out of 10.

Perfect spot directly on the trails

This is our second time renting this property. Perfect location for snowmobiling. Great host, quiet location, and all the amenities of home.

ATVing in Pittsburg!

This was a great place to stay. When you walked in, it smelled super clean! It was close to Young’s gas station. It was close to the restaurants that are available there. It was right on the trail! The screened in porch was great! We saw a deer right out the back of the house! This was a convenient place for all of us! Making the 1000 piece puzzle was a highlight! Thanks for the great stay!

Great vacation memories

We had a great time here. The home was very clean. The kitchen was well supplied. The master bed was very comfortable. Everything about the house was great. One of the best parts was the screened in back porch. We spent most of our time out there looking over the creek. The house is right on the trail system and very convenient to the gas station. Communication with our host was great, check in was super easy, and we met our host and very freindly dogs at the end of our stay. He is a super nice guy. We would all stay there again and highly recommend staying there. Many thanks to our host, Jeff.

Couldn't have found a better place.

MAGICAL and CLEAN PLACE. We will be looking forward to coming back. Stayed here so we could ride our Atv's for a long weekend. The house is located on the trails , which was perfect. The owner of the property was there so we could ask questions. He was super polite and helpful. The Atv trail system in that area was not over crowded like Jericho. We found the best place to eat was the 1840 restaurant.. The property was well kept and the stream that is located on the property was gorgeous and a must see. The pictures do it no justice.

Great place to stay!!

Friends and family stayed here for a weekend SxS trip. The place is very clean, the hosts are friendly, and the property is beautiful! Right on the ATV trail, very close to store, gas and restaurant.

Great cabin for sledding!

My son and I stayed at Jeff’s place and could ride right from the front door. Cabin was amazing with everything we needed. Jeff was very responsive to any questions and super easy to work with. Thanks again and we’ll be back!

Great location for snowmobiling

Very easy trail access. You can get to the gas stations quickly in one direction or bypass them entirely by going that other direction. The place was clean and tidy with lots of space to stretch out. The host is friendly and very helpful with our questions.

What an awesome property with a beautiful stream out back the house was stocked with everything we needed for our stay very cozy place felt like being at home the night sky was loaded with stars what an awesome sight Jeff the owner is a really nice host can't wait to rent it again in the future.
