Grand Caribbean is located gulf side, 50 yards from the beach, with public beach access. Captain's bunks built into the hallway allow for extra sleeping and make Grand Caribbean an excellent value. This 700 SF end unit has a private patio with direct access by elevator to the pool and picnic area.

This condo was the perfect size for my little family. A downside is that the beach is about 50 feet of public beach with private beach on either side for the larger condos so there was no space to actually relax on the beach. There is a nature preserve right down the road (Johnson’s Beach) that we drove to and it was nice and peaceful. This is a rental company and check in and check out are done at the physical rental company location located maybe a mile down the road. Otherwise it was a lovely trip.

I recently made it through a messy divorce and needed space to relax and gather my thoughts. I found that peace at Grand Caribbean 411W. Every detail was immaculate, from the linens, to the coffee frother, to the fragrance as I entered the hallway. The hosts excelled in every detail. As a property owner on 30A, I understand how challenging it can be to ensure guest satisfaction time after time. The hosts provided everything needed and went above and beyond. I will be returning to the very same condo soon. Thank you for your hospitality.

My family and I absolutely loved staying here. It was perfect from the time we stepped into the condo to when we left.Perdido Realty Vacations was so good on communication when I had some questions. The condo had everything we needed and super close to the beach. We could watch the waves from the balcony, a short walk to the beach and super close to the grocery stores. I prefer to stay on the Perdido side rather than the other side of the state line just because it's so quiet if that's the vibe you're looking for. Def would recommend staying at this property.
