Complex Villa Mona is located in Razanj, traditional fishing village situated 30 km from Šibenik and 40 km from Split. Small and quiet place with exceptionally clear sea and well preserved nature.
Two natonal parks are located near Šibenik, Krka (waterfall on the river) and Kornati (beautiful islands).

Apartment 8 is on first floor and has three bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, one more toilette with sink and living room with sofa bed. Apartment is air conditioned with TV satellite channels, has a free Wi-Fi and it is located 30 meters from the beach.
It has a private terrace or balcony overlooking the sea. Also have well equipped kitchen with all necessary accessories.

Apartment 8 is a part of complex Villa Mona, which is composed from two houses and seven apartments, offers private parking and guests can relax in the outdoor pool with its sun shower and lounges which give a wonderful view on the bay. The pool is heated so it offers pleasant swimming in preseason and postseason period.

Please be aware:
Refundable security deposit 100 eur (on arrive).
Tourist registration fee (kurtaxe) not included in price (mandatory on arrive upon local low).

Pool is shared so there are few asks need to be respected for safety and health reasons only ( no glass around and in the pool, no food around and in the pool and it is not allowed to smoke around and in the pool). Please be aware to respect other guests right to have a rest in a pool area. Thank you in advance for your consideration!

Perfect apartment in a beatiful village

We were 4 adults and 4 children staying in the apartment for 2 weeks. Perfect pool area and beautiful terrace with views of the bay. Great service from Mona. Many thanks from us Swedes.

Overall nice apartment, but...

It was a nice apartment. We definetely loved the beds and pillows. They were amazing! However, it said 30 metres from the beach. It was more 200 metres downhill a very steep decline, and the nearest water wasn't a beach, but more of a dock. It was twice as long to go to a more "normal" beach. They also charged us 100 euro deposit. We got it back when we left, but they barely checked anything, so why bother charging it at all? The view was great though.

Wohnung liegt perfekt, ruhige Lage, nette Leute. Austattung mit allem, was man braucht. Kleiner Supermarkt, Strand und Restaurant jeweils 100m entfernt. Strandbar ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuss. Kristallklares Wasser, super zum Schnorcheln. Ausflüge mit Boot möglich, außerdem nette Ortschaften in ca. 30 Minuten mit Auto erreichbar (zB Trogir, Primošten).

Tolle Lage, nette Vermieterin, erfrischender Pool

Vor Ort wirkt alles etwas kleiner als in der Anzeige. Das schmälert aber nicht die Qualität, das Appartement ist gut ausgestattet, alles ist sauber. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist in der Nähe und zum Strand sind es etwa 100-150m zu Fuss. Der Pool ist auch etwas kleiner als gedacht, aber immer tiptop mit ausreichend Liegen und 2 Lounges. Der Grill ist landestypisch gemauert und steht allen Gästen zur Verfügung. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiter und würden auch gern nochmals kommen. Wir waren im Appartement 4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder (2 Familien)
