Upstairs is a Fantastic Master with queen bed & fold away bed that can be used. This listing has amenities like a hair dryer, washer & dryer, soap-lotion-conditioner-shower gel, AC, and heating and more. We will have bottle waters in the fridge for your arrival and coffee/kuerig for you when you wake up the next morning. Your stay will be comfortable and convenient.

Wow! House was immaculate and very well stocked. Owner had amazing communication as well. Best VRBO experience by far! We will definitely be staying here again when we come up to ETSU!

I cannot believe that VRBO would endorse a property in a neighborhood such as this. This unit had a 9.6/10 rating but the neighborhood does not support this. We pulled into the parking lot thinking we made a wrong turn. Screens falling off of windows of the next door unit, We did not even go inside as we just did not feel good about the situation. The lead photo on the property description is NOT this unit. Very misleading. The interior photos may be accurate but I cannot verify these.
