Nearly 1200 sq. ft. 2+-bedroom and 2-bath condo walking distance to the slopes!

Large condo located one short block from downtown Breckenridge. It has underground heated parking, easy access to the slopes, pool access year round, free WIFI, full kitchen amenities, flat screen TV, and two bedrooms with additional futon and fold out couch. The condo easily accommodates 6-8 adults. There is a large outside hot tub and deck with gas range immediately accessible from our unit.

About George Duba

We are George, Cindy, Andrew and Alexandra Duba. Cindy and I moved from Michigan to Colorado in 1981. Our children were both born in Colorado and thus give us some 'Colorado natives' in the family. My wife and I have graduate degrees from Western Michigan University while both our kids have graduated from the University of Colorado.

We bought this property over 20 years ago and have had a lot of fun remodeling it. We love the mountains and we love Breckenridge. The condo gave us a chance to thoroughly enjoy both!

What makes this condo unique

The absolute best thing about this condo is its location. It is central to all the Breck activities. The ice sculptures are typically right across the street. The park and concert venue is also across the street. We can walk to and from the slopes. And with the underground parking and elevator access we can literally drop in for a weekend, unpack and walk downtown within in minutes of our arrival in Breckenridge! Its really a convenient place!

Great location!

Minor issues but nothing that would stop us from staying again. Heat worked almost too well, master toilet needs a little work. Thanks George for everything!

Cozy and very nice place

The location is great. Easy walking distance to both slopes and downtown. However if you're wearing ski boots you may prefer the free bus. Fortunately we are snowboarders :) George was a easy to communicate with and prompt to respond. The home was cozy and well stocked. Absolutely nothing to complain about.

Absolutely wonderful

The place is bigger and nicer than the pictures indicate and George was a great host, readily available with anything we needed (mostly just help finding the parking garage).

Place is walking distance to the snowflake lift and is super close to the garage. Also a 3 minute walk into town. Everything about it is set up for a great ski vacation, couldn't ask for more!

great location

We enjoyed skiing in Breckenridge.

The bus stop is directly across the road. Buses were reliable.

The ski lift is an easy flat walk 5 min walk.

Town is one block away. Shops and restaurants easy to walk to. There is a supermarket in town.

The apartment is comfortable and right next to the front door for easy access in and out with skis. The fridge has filtered water.

Great location.

The cost is more than advertised as cleaning and insurance is added on top of the advertised price.

Great location

This was a great spot to stay. The place was large enough that the six of us felt we had plenty of space. Large hot tub just down the hall. Exercise room was being remodeled but it was just down hall. The bus to go to slopes was right across street and easy to use. During our stay there was a snow sculpture exhibit and it was right across the street as well. Lots of shops for shopping just a block down. We only had one problem and when I called it was taken care of immediately, great service.
