Conveniently located near golf, shopping, and local favorites like Queen Creek Olive Mill and Schnepf Farms, it offers a beautiful home base for all of your desert adventures.

Step outside to your private resort-style backyard featuring a sparkling pool and spa, large covered patio with sectional lounge seating and dining area, and chaise loungers. It’s ideal for slow mornings with coffee or evenings by the pool.

Inside, the open-concept main level flows from the kitchen to the living room and out to the patio. The living room features comfortable seating and an 85" Smart TV with access to streaming services.

The fully stocked chef’s kitchen includes cookware, baking pans, crockpot, blender, toaster, coffee maker, and all the essentials needed for a home-cooked meal. A reverse osmosis water system provides fresh, great-tasting drinking water throughout your stay.

Need to work during your visit? A dedicated office with French doors offers a quiet, private space for focus or video calls.

Upstairs, you’ll find three bedrooms, each with its own Smart TV. The primary suite features an ensuite bathroom with a luxurious walk-in shower, while the two additional bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bath. On the main level, there is a fourth bedroom with pool views and convenient access to a full bathroom. All beds feature comfortable memory foam mattresses and crisp white linens.

Family-friendly amenities include a Pack ’n Play, high chair, changing pad, and a selection of board games for downtime.

A washer and dryer are available for your use.

The home is located in the desirable Johnson Ranch community, which offers exceptional amenities for guests to enjoy. These include an eighteen-hole golf course, multiple community pools and spas, parks, playgrounds, walking trails, tennis courts, pickleball courts, and a catch-and-release fishing pond. A pickleball paddle set is also provided for guest use.

Nearby attractions include San Tan Mountain Regional Park, Queen Creek Olive Mill, Schnepf Farms, San Tan Flat Restaurant, Pecan Lake Entertainment, and Poston Butte Golf Course. Guests will also receive access to a digital guest book with local restaurant recommendations, things to do, and optional in-home services such as a private chef and e-bike rentals.

Spa heating is included in your stay. Pool heating is available for an additional $50 per day if requested.

The backyard pool area is not fenced. There is an audible door alarm for added safety.

Driveway parking is available for two vehicles (vehicles only, no trailer parking). Street parking and overnight street parking are not permitted.

Mesa Gateway Airport is approximately 25 minutes away, and Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport is about 45 minutes away.

All guests are required to sign a rental agreement prior to arrival.
