The home is located within The Johnson Ranch community that offers dozens of amenities including more than 300 acres of recreation and green belt space, three community heated pools with spas, a nine-hole pitch and putt golf course, a catch & release pond, tennis/pickleball/basketball courts, a sand volleyball court, a softball field and 19 playgrounds throughout the neighborhood.

Well located Johnson Ranch golf resort home. Very comfortable with nice private pool. Close to restaurants and grocery but still need a vehicle.

The house was very clean, comfortable and beautiful. No detail was missed with the amenities , from the soft sheets to the sparkling pool ✨ ! Renae was an excellent host that commnicated well with us without being over bearing. Would definately recommend!

The house was very nice and communication was great. I was just surprised at the rules and each rule being broken would end with a 500 charge to your credit card. One of the rules was if you forgot to take the garbage out. I just thought this was extreme and felt uncomfortable

Marilyn, Im sorry that you were surprised by the rules and that taking out the trash was one of them. Unfortuneately, AZ trash sitting on the side of the house (in AZ temperatures) can make for an even more surprising smell when guests are trying to enjoy the backyard. This is why we have guests take the trash out. The fines have to be listed so that the rental platforms will help us enforce one a guest checks out. We hate rules too. However, each rule at our house has been added after a guest has broke them. The high fees seem to encourage rule following as a result. Thank you for being a great guest and not breaking any rules. Family gathering.

I highly recommend staying here. We felt like we were at home. The owners were very easy to communicate with. Quick responses from them. House was very clean and everything you need is there. There’s pool toys for all ages. Seeing the golfers early in the morning was very entertaining. Perfect location to stores restaurants and only about 45 minutes to phoenix airport. We were close to family and it was so nice to have them come visit us. Pool was perfect to relax in. Looking forward to staying here again in the future.

Ron & Renae love spending time with our 3 adult sons and their families. The best days are spent moving outside or just relaxing by the pool with our kids and grandkids. We love exploring new parks, golfing, going on hikes or boating and fishing with friends. We travel frequently, for work, so being a VRBO host allows us to share our home and make sure that the space is enjoyed while we have to be away.

We chose Johnson Ranch because of the golf course and how far it is away from the hustle and bustle of the big cities. The area is growing fast but we still love the peace & quiet that comes with the area.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

It is a tie between the pool and the putt putt. When we are not on the golf course we love to hang out in the pool and watch people play golf or just practice our short game.
