This beautiful home offers 4 bedrooms and 2 bath, newly renovated kitchen, living room with fireplace, dining, and a large back deck.
The neighborhood is located in South Eugene hills where you see more deer and turkeys than traffic. Relax indoors watching the fireplace or stroll through the garden paths.
First Floor: living, dining, kitchen, bedroom #1 (double bed) , & bathroom with tub/shower, toilet.
Second Floor: bedrooms #2 (queen) & #3 (2 single beds) and one shared bathroom with toilet & shower.
Bedroom #4 (queen) is located in a detached building 30ft from the house.

Amazing home

Our group were most impressed with the house, ‘the shop’ and surrounding gardens. It was perfect for us attending a family wedding nearby. Our daughter enjoyed the hidey hole under the stairs and we all enjoyed the wildlife in the garden (including the strawberries!). We were a bit sad we did not get to use the lovely kitchen. Dustin was very helpful with all sorts of details to make our stay enjoyable. Thank you! We will definitely be back!

Our family had an awesome time in the house

The family home of the owners is everything you wish for: Tasteful, spacious, quiet and fully equipped. We spent a lot of time on the terrace and watched the stunning garden with birds, squirrels and even deer now and then. The owners are the nicest people ever. They were really helpful, generous and very concerned with our wellbeing. They replied almost instantaneously to all our questions and had awesome recommendations for local activities and food. Our stay in Eugene: 100/100.

Secluded House in the Middle of the City

We rented this house for a tough weekend and on short notice. We needed to be close to family in town, but also to have our own space to come home and decompress. This house was perfect for both of those needs. The house clearly is well maintained and I would have to say that the only thing that tops it is the owners' attitudes. We reserved on a Monday or Tuesday before the Thursday we needed it. The owners made every effort to be accommodating. We kept up a back and forth conversation all weekend that made us feel as though we got to know them as well as their house. Both my wife and I appreciated the efforts that were made on our behalf. Great house, amazing owners, highly recommended.

Beautiful home!

We had a fantastic stay at this property! Five volleyball players and 3 moms stayed very comfortably at this home while in Eugene for the Matt Hartner Memorial Volleyball Tournament. The house was large enough for everyone to have their own space when needed, and the common areas were so inviting to gather in. We spent a lot of time visiting in the big open kitchen. It was rainy, so we didn’t get to take advantage of the outdoor areas, but they were beautiful! Would definitely love to stay here again!

Quiet yet close to central Eugene. Surrounded by trees and 1/2 acre of gardens in the backyard. Close to running trails and forests but just a 5 minute drive to restaurants, groceries and amenities.
