Great spot for 4 adults to come and hangout. Lots of stairs so be aware if you bring littles. Home was clean and beds were comfortable. Great location and it was a nice and quiet neighborhood.

This house was great. The back decks are really so lovely for relaxing or having a fun outdoor dinner. House was very comfortable and had plenty of room, with three fill size bedrooms and a private loft with another full bed. (We didn’t use the loft space -but it looked like a great space for kids). Host was very responsive to a few little questions while also being really easygoing.

Everything was fantastic! Plenty of space for 4 couples

The owners were amazing to work with! We will definitely be back! The only bad thing I can say about the house was the deck was in need of some major repairs.

Thank you for the review! Of note on the deck, it is being completely torn down and built back over the next few weeks. So it will be wonderful to enjoy again very soon!

Great family and fur friend accommodation!

Spacious, classic old house accommodation in a lovely neighborhood. Our family and dog were very comfortable here for a 3 day weekend. Stairs are a bit steep and creaky but goes with the character of this old beauty. Great big fenced backyard with multiple decks. We enjoyed our stay!

Spacious and great location

Veey spacious house in a great locarion. The back decks were used through out the day for sun and shade. They were wonderful. Bedrooms were eoomy and the storage space was really nice, especially in the master bedroom. Kitchen could use a bit more tableware given the number of guests that can stay. Otherwise the kitchen was prerry well stocked for cooking and eating.

Our two days…

It was fine. We agreed that some additional lighting would’ve been nice in the living room.Just having those ceiling lights overhead is a little oppressive. We appreciated being able to come in a couple of hours before official check in time.

Yard/Basic Maintenance

Basic yard up keep had been neglected. Maintenance of door knobs in bathroom I thought it was two full baths when I signed on.

The backyard is undergoing a complete overhaul during the transition from winter to spring. We had to cut down all the vines and blackberries before replanting. Unfortunately Judy's stay was mid-completion, so it did look pretty bare bones. I apologize that it was not done yet. And she is correct, we discovered after her stay that the bathroom door knob screw was loose. It is now fixed. There is only one full bath and a half bath. That is disclosed on the description. Judy, for her part, left the house immaculate. Thank you Judy!

Out of date house that was not clean.

Listing says it can sleep six people but it’s very shady in how they count that. The carpet was very dirty and found trash through out the house. The house is very outdated and amenities are also out of date. Would not rent again.

A beautiful home with a view and lots of charm

My family and I rented this home over Easter weekend and were very pleased the moment we arrived. Very clean and felt like a rental (in a good way), not like I was living in someone else's home for the weekend. Located in one of Eugene's finest neighborhoods, you can admire the whole city from any one of the multiple decks and beautiful back yard. The bedrooms are a good size and the house in general is set up for a large family, plenty of room for everyone. Well equipped kitchen for cooking and entertaining. The owner also left bathroom essentials (little shampoos, toothbrushes, lotions, etc) for us which was very nice. My only critique would be the beds are on the smaller side with the exception of the one king size bed and it could use a little more decor (i.e. Pillows, blankets, artwork, warmth) But overall a beautiful home with tons of charm, we enjoyed our stay very much. And the owners were easy to communicate with and very helpful with any questions. Two thumbs up!

Hi! I just wanted to say that, since this review was written, we have added some decoration to the house to make it more homey, and have changed one of the full size beds to a queen bed. Thanks!
