Luxury resort with amenities galore. This luxurious beach front 4 Bedroom / 2 Bath corner condo sleeps 8 is spacious enough for the whole family to enjoy. This amenity packed resort will not disappoint. Heated indoor pool, spa, steam room, sauna, fitness center, free ice machine, outdoor pool, splash pad for the kids, and Viking outdoor grills right on the beautiful white sandy beach! All units are privately owned with a handful of week long timeshares. Planning a reunion? We have a 2BR and 1BR on the SAME floor! Reserve early. Coded entry to building for the privacy of our guests. Internet and Dish Network are free. Covered parking is optional and is $50/ stay paid to the Association on lobby level (3rd floor) upon arrival.

Spacious condo on the beach, BUT it is not a "penthouse" as described in the title (13th floor of an 18 floor building).

The unit is a penthouse as described by the developer. These floors have higher ceilings and a different layout than the lower floors.
