幸せになる場所... それを渡す!!!! 9階のコンドミニアムからは、白い砂浜と湾の美しい海の息をbreathむような景色が楽しめます！ 大きなビーチフロントのバルコニーでは、イルカが泳いでいる様子や、ペルディドPassを介して湾に流れ込むボートを見ながら、朝のコーヒーをお楽しみいただけます。 ガルフフロントのマスタースイートからは、リラックスした波の音を聞くことができます。 フェニックスイーストは、広々としたロビーと集合エリアでお客様をお迎えします。 私たちのコンドミニアムと複合施設全体で無料のWi-Fiを使用すると、プールでくつろいだり、ビジネスニーズ、結婚式や家族の再会のために敷地内の会議室を使用するかどうかにかかわらず連絡を取り合うことができます。

Enjoyed the stay. Good location. One thing wish there was a mop to use while at property. Went and bought swiffer. Floors get gritty and dirty every day would stay again

Great place but watch for parking fees

I have college kids and parents so parking cost us 55 dollars per car x 5 cars. I did not have that extra money at Christmas. Parking fees was emailed to me after reservation made, not in write up about the place. It made for a lot of stress. We spent a lot of time looking for public parking. No guard at gate when we arrived so had to get up the next morning to get a parking pass. Some construction but didn’t last long and noise blockers in bedrooms

Great Condo!

We had a lovely time at Pass it Down! Condo had everything we needed and more to enjoy our stay. More than enough room to accommodate our large family! Construction was going on next door, but they weren’t noisy at all, most of it looks like they are working on the interior now. Will definitely stay again!

Very nice

The pictures don't do this unit any justice. Much nicer than pictured, corner unit. The property manager was very nice and an excellent communicator. My only wish is that we knew more details before booking i.e. car passes. We had an extra car that we had issues finding a spot to park. Only 2 are allowed for the unit.

Great view, plenty of room, kid friendly!

Spacious condo with beautiful 6th floor views. Balcony facing gulf is a wraparound with modernized furniture. There is also a small balcony off the master bedroom facing parking lot that allows you to see the bustling night lights. Kitchen is completely stocked with everything needed. Beds were comfy and everything was clean. Full size fridge, washer and dryer. The property has a large pool area with bbq pits, raquetball, tennis and basketball courts. Located just a few minutes from grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, etc. Allyson was easy to be in contact with. Would stay again.

Pass It Down

The property was advertised with beautiful views. Complex is a little dated, but in a great location. Dealing with the owner was very easy. The only issue that we encountered was that the rug in the bedroom had a lot of stains on it when we arrived. We just emailed picture to owner who kindly apologized for cleaning and we just rolled it up and put in closet.

Beautiful View

Perfect location and friendly staff during check in! The owner was extremely nice and helpful, as well. The condo even included beach towels, chairs, and beach toys! When sitting on the balcony, you can see the pass and watch boats coming in and leaving. Of course, the view of the beach is amazing, as well, and you can see the pool right below you. There’s nothing more you could need for a getaway!

All Around Amazing

The pictures don’t do this place justice! The owner was more than accommodating, the layout and cleanliness of the condo was exceptional, and the views from the balcony were stunning! Every room was well equipped bedding wise along with a great supply of kitchen utensils.

What a amazing vacation we had.

Baby’s first vacation!

My mother, mother in love, my 8 month old and myself came for the first week in May and it was absolutely breathtaking! The views were awesome! Almost no crowds everywhere we went! And a great baby’s first vacation! I love she had a pack and play on site! Made travel much easier for us!

We came to Orange Beach for the doubleheader of the Kenny Chesney concert and the Mullet Fest. The condo was a great base for a weekend of fun with a spectacular view . The condo had everything we needed and plenty of room for sleeping. Pool and beach were great never crowded . We would definitely stay here again

Mardi Gras in Orange Beach

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very well furnished from kitchen to large screen TV's. The view of the Gulf from the main bedroom and living room was awesome. The owner was quick to respond to some minor issues upon our check-in. Would definitely rent this same unit the next time we come to Orange Beach.

Perfect 4th of July week

This condo was perfect for our family of 6. Fireworks at the resort next door to view from our balcony was a great way to spend the 4th! The condo provided everything we needed and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool, plenty of lounge chairs and a very family friendly atmosphere. Even though this is a large building (15) floors the elevators easily accommodated everyone. This was a very busy week but being so close to the pass made the beach not overcrowded. We have been vacationing in Orange Beach for over 25 years and this is the first time we had dolphins swimming right in front of the condo every day of our stay. It was great to have a full size washer and dryer in the unit for all the bathing suits and beach towels. We had a wonderful week and would highly recommend Pass It Down for a wonderful family vacation stay!!

My parents and I bought in this building in March 2016 and purchased this particular unit in October 2020. We plan on renting some and visiting some. We love Orange Beach and enjoy taking family beach vacations. We have had a few rental properties in Tuscaloosa for several years, and enjoy sharing our happy place at the beach with others. We live in Tuscaloosa (ROLL TIDE!) and enjoy playing tennis, golf, traveling and spending time with family and friends.

We love this area of Orange Beach and all the amenities of Phoenix East. The wrap around view of the Gulf and the Perdido Pass is inspiring. We loved the 2 Bedroom unit we owned but as our children have grown, we decided we needed an additional bedroom to fit us all more comfortably.
