House located 10 km before Ubatuba, in Praia da Ribeira, with spectacular view, 6 suites all with air conditioning, sleeps 14 people, swimming pool, barbecue with lounge, tv and billiards room, dry sauna and kayaks for use. Sunny and airy house all day with a private beach. Recently renovated and redecorated. Poita for boats up to 50 feet, private beach, 6 car garage, sea and front porch, vegetation and landscaping, plenty of privacy and quiet, great for water sports, calm sea without waves, ideal for children.
Location and beach without street vendors, tents, bars and mess ... even on holidays, New Year and Carnival.

Eu , minha família, e meus amigos vivemos uma semana que talvez seja a melhor experiência nestes últimos anos na casa do Sr. Marcos. Venho a alguns anos vivendo a experiência de aluguel de imóveis no litoral de São Paulo, e sempre tentando buscar o melhor. Agora sei que não preciso mais procurar... foram dias espetaculares e vou dizer porque: nenhum lugar consegue agregar o que a casa Demolein oferece. Estávamos em pleno Carnaval, com a pandemia claro, porém se vc procura um lugar para, ao mesmo tempo, de isolar e curtir o litoral, este é o lugar. Estávamos em 4 famílias com 6 crianças. As opções de entretenimento são todas muito reais. Pesca, praia, piscina, caminhada, trilhas, caiaque, além de todas as comodidades que a casa nos proporcionou. A caseira Francisca é um quesito a parte: muito solicita e respeitosa, todos os dias nos agraciando com um lindo café da manhã em frente ao mar. Isso em frente ao mar. O impressionante é que vc só tem duas opções: olhar para a baía fantástica cheia de barcos ou a Mata Atlântica.... só por Deus. Não exista lugar melhor. Sra Francisca e Jonatas são excepcionais . Sempre muito sorridentes e dispostos, resolvendo tudo ao seu redor. O auge para as crianças é a praia particular que sinceramente talvez no litoral de SP não tenham 10 destes imóveis. Ali nos adultos nos deliciando dos inúmeros aperitivos da Sra Francisca, sentados na mesa ao céu livre, observávamos as crianças nadando, mergulhando e se deliciando numa experiência nova como andar de caiaque. Sim sem a necessidade dos adultos. As águas são calmas e tranquilas. A praia particular lhe proporciona tudo isso. Quero muito agradecer ao Sr Marcos por permitir está semana inacreditável em sua residência, que tem muita história e tradição. Marcos muito obrigado novamente. Faltou o Robalo que eu lhe prometi pescar mais isso só nos faz mais vontade de voltar. Parabéns querido

Excelente Estadia

Local excelente, casa impecável. Realmente um paraíso na praia. O Marcos, sempre muito solícito com tudo e disponível sempre para a ajudar. A Francisca (cozinheira) é um amor e nos ajudou muito com pratos deliciosos diariamente. Com certeza voltaremos mais vezes.

Perfect beach house

My family and I had the best time at this lovely beach home. Situated only a few hundred yards from the marina in a very silent cove, the home sits on the most picturesque landscape. The house itself is extremely charming and well decorated, both rustic and classic; we could feel the care and attention given to the home by its owners whom you can tell pay great attention to detail. They were very communicative and helpful throughout our stay, offering us useful tips and recommendations. We hired their home’s caretakers for our entire stay and that made everything very easy and enjoyable. They took care of the pool, did some local grocery shopping, and cooking which was delicious. The house has 6 comfortable bedrooms (2 of which are separated from the main house), an excellent living area, and another separate gourmet area where we had breakfast each morning and where we barbecued. There was very good internet access which was a plus. Overall, we highly enjoyed every minute spent at this home and can’t wait to come back!

Indescritívelmente lindo lugar e casa charmosíssima

Pelas fotos, eu imaginava muito bacana, mas ainda foi surpreendente. Para todos os lados que olhamos tem detalhes lindos, de decoração, de beleza natural. A casa fica num lugar privilegiado que permite vista para o mar e barcos a vela, de qualquer lugar, é super confortável e de muito bom gosto. Tem uma sala de bilhar e academia que é o máximo, um espaço de churrasqueira lindo. A caseira é super atenciosa, fomos muito bem tratados e ainda recebidos com uma cesta de frutas e cachaça para caipirinhas, como cortesia do proprietário. Muito simpático Marcos, obrigada por dividir aquele pedaço do céu conosco. Pena que ficamos poucos dias, mas com certeza voltaremos.

A casa tem uma localização única, com vista direta pro mar. Ela é tudo o que as fotos mostram, muito bonita e esta em ótimas condições. Tem inumeráveis detalhes muito bem pensados que fazem dela um lugar muito bom para descansar. O estilo, localização e distribuição fazem dela uma casa onde da vontade de estar, todos os espaços são aconchegantes e diferentes. A casa é composta por 3 prédios, No predio principal estão a cozinha, a sala de jantar, a piscina e 3 quartos com banheiros e saída direta pro jardim. Entre os 2 prédios esta a pequena praia e justo na frente dela uma grande área bem equipada com churrasqueira, cima uma sala de entretenimento e academia. No segundo prédio tem mais 2 quartos da mesma qualidade e condições. Existe acesso fácil e direto para a praia maior e dela saem trilhas para outras praias próximas. Desde a piscina da casa conseguimos ver tartarugas e raias e a vista é espectacular. Finalmente, a caseira Francisca faz ótimas caipirinhas e é muito boa cozinheira! Fortemente recomendada
