This lovely home features 3 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms located Glendale AZ. Our home is located just 2.1 miles from University of Phoenix Stadium, Westgate Entertainment District, Gila River Arena, the Tanger Outlets, and just 1.7 miles from Top Golf. Just minutes away is Camelback Ranch and the Peoria Sports complex, multiple golf courses, PIR(nascar)American Sports Center, and GCU. A short drive away from the major highways which allows for a short drive to Downtown Phoenix, Scottsdale, and Tempe.

This is your home away from home, when you arrive you will have everything you need to relax. Newly remodeled the master bedroom is equipped with a king size memory foam mattress w/ 43in. 4k smart tv. The two additional bedrooms have queen size memory foam mattresses also w/ 43in. 4k smart tv's. All 3 bedrooms have walk-in closets for extra storage.

You will walk into a fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops and everything you need to prepare the perfect meal, as well as a BBQ on Patio.

Walking distance to Camelback Ranch spring training for the Dodgers and White Sox, and just 2 miles from University of Phoenix Stadium, Westgate Entertainment District, and Tanger Outlets, and Desert Diamond Casino.

Very spacious and comfortable home. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Very close to entertainment and great food. Host was very helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay again my next time in the Phoenix area.

Great location

We had some blips with the heat and Wi-Fi but overall it was very good. The owner came over to help us and was very quick to respond. Great location! Close to entertainment area.

It fit our needs.

This place fit our needs. It was clean,even though it could use some sprucing up. However this didn’t keep us from enjoying our stay. Pluses, close in vicinity to the Cardinal’s stadium, and the use of the garage. Minuses, lack of parking out front with out moving vehicles parked in front of garage . We parked a truck and trailer on the Main Street to the East., we made it work for our needs.

Great location! Nice place

The only issue.. we were not able to use the main shower.. so all 5 of us shared the master bedroom shower. Other than that it was a great place to stay.

just ok

pictures look great but needs updates. both tubs are in need of replacing, many burned out light bulbs toaster wont pop up english muffins kitchen clock either broken or needs new batteries. towels are walmart 1.99 specials not even bath size really and very thin.. host doesn't even provide bath soap for showers or paper towel in kitchen.. claims soap isn't provided for allergy reasons which is rididulous . if a person has allergies they bring their own soap . I have never gone to a hotel where they don't provide soap especially when you can get 100 bars for under 18 dollars from amazon for hotel size bars. i was informed there was a walmart a half a mile away where i can get anything i need for my stay but after flying all day and already having been to the store for groceries I wasn't about to go out again to buy soap that should have been provided. Also there were barking dogs at all hours of the day and night but that isn't anything the host can control but annoying. Tvs were very hard to figure out as well

We really enjoyed our stay, the house is comfortable and the beds were comfortable, had everything we needed. Maybe needs an upgrade on some pans to cook with and it is an older home but we liked our stay.

Dirty House

This house needs a really good cleaning. The baseboards are dirty, the bathrooms have mold in the showers, and the bed linens had little hairs on them. The neighbor’s dogs barked all through night. No air comes through the vent in the front bedroom for the air conditioning. This house needs a lot of love!! If it had a deep cleaning and the neighbor’s dog was under control it has potential to be nice. However, as is, it was a horrible stay!

Less than Stellar, don't recommend

Coffee maker didn't work, it would overflow. No paper towels, Kleenex, shower soap. Bath towels were very thin and an off color white. Many dogs that bark nearby starting at 6:30 am and into the evening. Wouldn't recommend although it is close to Camelback Ranch.

Glendale stay

Property was clean. Communication with host was great. Couldnt get living room tv to work(wouldnt connect to internet) was the only glitch. Would certainly recommend staying here

The guest bathroom shower didn't work. Which requied all guest to shower in 1 bathroom. Then the living room tv didnt work. Shades were torn up, and holes were in the wall.

Was a nice house wish there was a gas grill

Was a nice place to stay, a lot of the lights didn’t work. I wish it had a gas grill outside. Neighbors were very loud.

Spring training

I have stayed in many VRBO properties and have never given a bad review and I am sorry to have to do so this time. Our primary complaint is a lack of cleanliness, especially the kitchen. There seemed to be a fine coating of grease and dust over everything and even many of the pots and pans were not clean. The cooktop had caked on grease and the oven was also not clean. Baseboards were very dirty throughout the home. Many of the blinds had broken and chipped slats. The towels were of the most basic quality. The home is very sparsely furnished, especially the kitchen. We had a great visit to the whole Phoenix area and enjoyed several spring training games but I would have to say we could not stay in this home again. I think the home has good potential but just needs a thorough cleaning and a few basic upgrades. Again, I am sorry to have to give this review.

I like that the property was spacious. I did not like that the trash cans were not emptied so the whole house was smelly and unsanitary. One shower did not work and the shower that did work was filthy and had mold growing on the shower curtain. There was not cleaners to clean the house or laundry soap.

Good for the price

The house was nice, clean and what we were mostly expecting. The only down side was when we got there and the full size bed frame was broken. The bed frame was broken and couldn't get on the bed without it dropping. When bringing it up to the owner, all she said was thank you for letting me know, nothing more. If we didn't improvise by putting paint cans under the fram so it wouldn't fall, we would have had to of slept on the couch. The alarm system kept beeping because of something being disconnected but couldn't fix it because the system was locked, so had beeping every minute the whole stay. Air conditioning was nice though!

Great Location for Family Trip to Phoenix

We needed a place that could accommodate all 5 of us and centrally located to all we wanted to do. This house fit the bill and then some! It was clean and comfortable and reasonably close to everything we were trying to do. Would definitely stay here again next time we're in town!

Nice place

Nice little home, pretty basic. Could definitely upgrade the linens. The ac in the extra bedroom didnt come through the open vents so we had to sleep with the door open. The alarm got set off although we followed the owner's instructions on getting In.
