The initial walk-in, my wife went right to the restroom we were coming from California, and she had to go as soon as she walked in. She noticed the hand towels were filthy. The toilets were filthy feces, and urine. Everywhere we go to the kitchen. The freezer has mold in it. The only thing that I can say was excellent was the swimming pool there was no key the lockbox was open with the key code on it for the front door. I called the property manager. She said someone stole the key. I said well why wouldn’t you guys reset the number so anybody can’t just walk up and have the code to the front door that’s just on display with an open lock with no key to the door so we did not feel safe my wife had to barricade the front door. She never came down to help us. She said she would wash the towels which I told her she didn’t have to so I’m really not complaining about that. I was told to call the owner that they wouldn’t be able to help me reset the front door and lock so we could feel safe. He never responded just 3 inches thick all through the house it just wasn’t clean so when I finally spoke to the owner to complain, his response was I’m sorry it didn’t meet your pristine standards and offered me a 50 refund that I never got that is just absurd. I paid 500 for two days because I don’t like hotels and so I can have a kitchen to use which I was happy with that after my wife and I cleaned and scrub toilets. I have photos of feces in the toilet, urine stains, dusty vents. Horrible.
