Beautiful property with an amazing view of the ocean! Conveniently located to several restaurants, stores, and short drive to the boardwalk/fishing piers. Private beach, 2 balconies.

Parking was easyThe pool is not that big! And needs some TLC. Not enough umbrellas. The beach situation is a little misleading. An umbrella and chair company leases a large part of the beach, so you have to find a spot around the area. You are not permitted to put an umbrella in front of the rented umbrellas (a 50 daily fee includes two worn-out loungers). In addition, before you pack a canopy, just know you are not permitted to use them on the beach. And those baby beach tents are NOT PERMITTED. The place was nice, but it needs a deep clean. A bit Dusty, and the fan blades are full of dust in addition to the vents.Towels need upgrading. Pillows in the master were very uncomfortable. Simple comfort upgrades can make all the difference.I wanted to vacuum, but the vacuum was so outdated and full of dust that I had to use ChatGPT to figure out how to turn it on. The handheld vacuum kept turning off and not picking up any sand.On a positive note:The washer and dryer workedThe view was lovelyAC workedThe kitchen was cleanThere were a few umbrellas and chairs

Very nice condo

The condominium was very nice and convenient to boardwalk and heart of Myrtle Beach. Driving distance to attractions was short. Would stay again sometime

Don’t stay here

Linens were not changed before we got there. We ended up stripping the beds and washed everything. Furniture is stained and old. View is spectacular hence the 2 review.

Great view, great location, some issues…

Issues: One of the bedrooms was dirty under the beds, dead cockroach… Some basic amenities were not present. We had to buy laundry detergent, paper towels, trash bags. We were confused about which unit was ours when we first arrived, and the Host did not pick up the phone call. Host responded to a text regarding the wifi giving the impression that they were annoyed by the question... Resort indoor hot tubs were not hot. Television is HD capable but the cable provided is 90’s level blurry.

Amazing home away from home

Check in was a breeze and anytime I had a question Howard was always available. The condo was spacious and clean, bedrooms were comfy and the view was amazing. We had a wonderful stay. We enjoyed the heated pools as well as the beach so close by.

Palms resort condo rental

My family enjoyed our summer vacation at this condo in Myrtle Beach. Location in area was great. Our condo was on the 10th floor, on the beach, with 2 balconies facing the beach which made for a fantastic view. The place was clean , and when I called the home owner for a couple of minor issues he responded immediately and was very pleasant. I would stay in this place again.

Palms Resort Condo

My family enjoyed our stay in our VRBO condo. Location on beach was great. Enjoyed having 2 separate beach front balconies- loved the view from the 10th floor. Third bedroom with 2 twin beds was very small- would advise only children use this room- or small adults. Kitchen had basic items, and included a washer and dryer. Three smart TVs but had to figure out how to use various smart apps as there weren’t any directions on TV usage. The owner was very responsive to each phone call I made. I would stay at this condo again.

North Myrtle beach 3 bedroom condo. Palms resort.

Pros: Location, heated pool, and close to beach and ocean. Cons: No TP, paper towers, garbage bags, foil, saran wrap. If you drive to condo you can buy and take excess back or leave it for next guest. If you fly in to Myrtle Beach it is quite a combined expense. Nothing except a small amt of coffee. salt&pepper. I was quite surprised that none of the excess items were at the condo. Possibly owner or cleaning take home for personal use. The main TV was not working correctly but issue was resolved quickly, next day, by Howard. Unit seemed clean except for visible waste under couch and floor need a good mopping! I feel if you pay a cleaning fee, when you walk in the unit it should be pristine.

SO relaxing!

The condo was great- clean, plenty of space, amazing views. The balconies are a wonderful way to enjoy the ocean. The condo is close to lots of great restaurants, which is very convenient. We would definitely stay here again!

location, location, location

The best part of this entire trip was sitting on the balcony every evening and watching the pelicans fly by, the waves crash in, and enjoying the breeze off the ocean. This condo was clean and large. Howard is a wonderful host!

Beautiful location, outdated interior

The location is amazing, right on the beach. The place is very outdated, which doesn't matter for things like the chairs, but things like the pillows feel 30 years old. The property owner doesn't supply anything, not even toilet paper, so be prepared to have to go shopping on your vacation. I wouldn't stay here again but did enjoy it due to location.
