Excellent property for a family vacation!

This property is just as described, and the view is amazing! The property is updated with a great kitchen, and the property’s location lends to a great family atmosphere. Our host was excellent and was very communicative and friendly. I would highly recommend this property for your next stay in Myrtle!

Comfortable and convenient location. The parking is a block away but that wasn't too inconvenient. Apartment was clean and we'll maintained. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

The property was clean. Amenities in the condo were all covered. The building is old but has been up kept well. I have mobility challenges so my favorite part was how close we were to the beach. I would recommend this property for adults and families.

The condo was exactly as shown in the pictures. There were so many great aspects of this stay - proximity to the beach, large kitchen that allowed home cooked meals and nice lunch option, proximity to everythign else Myrtle offered. Our main purpose of the trip was for our son's Ripken Baseball tournament and the location is so close to the fields - 9 minutes and it was a fairly easy drive to get to the fields each day. The condo featured in room laundry which was great as we needed to do laundry daily with the uniforms from baseball. The dryer took longer to dry than a normal dryer, but this wasn't a huge issue. The host was amazing to work with - first time using Vrbo - and she answered all of the questions we had before the trip and what to do for cleanup when we left. The view from the balcony was fantastic - looked out at the beach and the ocean. it was a great place to sit and drink my morning coffee while the kids still slept.
