What drew me here is the sense of community—you’ll see neighbors walking their dogs, families enjoying the outdoors, and a genuine, welcoming atmosphere. The area feels safe and serene, yet it’s only minutes from the city’s most popular destinations, giving you the perfect balance of comfort and convenience.

What I love most is how peaceful it feels while still being so close to everything Orlando is known for. Downtown Orlando is just 2 miles away, where you’ll find vibrant nightlife, top-rated restaurants, and live entertainment at the Kia Center. The beautiful brick streets and boutique shops of Winter Park are about 5 miles northeast, perfect for a day of exploring and dining. For theme park enthusiasts, Universal Orlando is about 10 miles southwest, Walt Disney World is around 20 miles southwest, and SeaWorld Orlando is 15 miles south—making this a fantastic home base for adventure.
The neighborhood also offers easy access to everyday conveniences. Coffee shops, grocery stores, and local dining spots are just around the corner, and Lake Eola’s iconic park and farmers’ market are only a short drive away.
