Overall just okay. I reached out to the owners day 2 with some concerns, and while communication was quick, actions were not. We reported 2 broken umbrellas, a dirty hot tub, broken splash pad sprayer, and no working garbage disposal. A new patio umbrella was brought Friday afternoon (we arrived the previous Saturday evening) and the sprayer was repaired, but the additional concerns were not addressed. Additionally, this home was very minimally stocked, one of the most budget vacation rentals we’ve stayed in. Additional home repairs are certainly needed to make this a beautiful property. We were left underwhelmed, but made the most of our stay.

The backyard was definitely the highlight. The kids LOVED the pool and splash pad and large yard to run and play. The themed kids rooms were a sweet touch. Had a few issues at check in but Jill & Team were quick to address them and were on top of making sure our stay was wonderful.

We had a great stay. The home is super spacious. All bedrooms are nice sized and have ample closet space. We walked in and it was pristinely clean. You could tell it was freshly prepared for our arrival. We were pleasantly surprised at how well equipped the home was as well. It was nice to arrive to a small snack basket, paper towels, toilet paper, more than enough towels, cook and dining ware, shampoo, conditioner and body wash in all bathrooms. The yard is really nice and the kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The home is located close to many of the main attractions and isn’t far from the university either. I would definitely recommend the home if you are looking for space, cleanliness and convenience.

I was very excited for our trip. We booked 10/2025 and thought all would be well-wasn’t! We did not get the code to the door: arrived at midnight and spent an hour trying to get hold of someone to get in! WE DIDNThotel room @200! My husband was NEVER called back; we kept calling and FINALLY got someone&got code. Finally get in and unpacked; THE POOL IS GREEN and the light was hanging out of the pool on the deck area!! We had been told the hot tub wasn’t working- and that was ok,but the reason we booked was the pool and splash pad. We messaged and got told for three days someone was coming today/in morning/etc. finally guys comes and says he would come tomorrow with his truck; we didn’t get to swim until Thursday! The ceiling light in den has no cover, several fans aren’t balanced and look/sound like they will fall/one of the bathroom walls needs repair/gate to trash is broke and ON THE GROUND/back doors weren’t locked(which meant we/anyone) could have got in/filter on fridge says bad/floor at back door bubbled/foosball broken/BATHROOM TOILET LID GROSS/FLOORS TURNED OUR FEET BLACK! I bought a mop/bleach/cleaning and mopped whole house twice-water black-brown-clear.They need new people to clean and report to their handyman. No one should have to clean the floors because you are afraid to have your small kids on them. Again, I was very disappointed.

We were a group of 9 and stayed for 6 days. Overall, the home has a lot of potential. The layout worked well for a large group, and the yard was a highlight for the kids with lots of space and activities.I do want to note that I don’t agree that a 4-star review means “several issues need to be addressed.” For me, a 4-star stay can still mean good overall, just with room for improvement.For a group our size and length of stay, the supplied essentials were quite limited — only 5 dishwasher pods, 3 garbage bags, and 1.5 rolls of paper towel, with no dish cloths provided. We ended up purchasing additional supplies ourselves. Small additions like basic spices, condiments, containers for leftovers, and dish rags would make a big difference for guests.There were also some maintenance issues that affected the experience, including ants in the kitchen, missing light covers, and overgrown grass/weeds. The pool itself was great, but the pool light was floating loose in the water due to missing screws, which raised a safety concern with electricity and water. The pool vacuum also remained in the pool the entire stay.We also had issues with the dishwasher not draining and a leaking sink, but the hosts were responsive and came quickly to address them.Overall, the property has great potential, but a bit more upkeep and attention to detail would really improve the stay.
