Casa Sirena in exclusive Conchas Chinas-Puerto Vallarta

Stay in paradise at this gorgeous 1650 sq.ft. three bedroom, two bath two story condominium in Villas Montemar - and exclusive boutique condo consisting of only ten units located in the peaceful hills of Conchas Chinas, widely known as the "Beverly Hills" of Puerto Vallarta. Open up the shutters of the living room to an unobstructed view of the ocean and the most incredible sunsets.

This location is close to all the action and excitement! The best bars, restaurants and shopping are less than a five minute drive, or a 15 minute walk. Only a five minute walk to the exclusive Cohchas Chinas Beach, which consists of beautiful coves and a private feeling. From there one can easily walk northward along the beach to the main beaches in the Romantica area, which is the center of town, and has many restaurants on the beach and a boardwalk that takes you to the Malecon.

The condo is fully furnished, has wifi, TV , air conditioning in each room and comes with twice per week maid service including laundry. The kitchen is fully outfitted with plates, pots and pans, coffee maker, juicer and blender. Dining room seats 6 comfortably. The den, located upstairs too, has a full bathroom befitting of the master bathroom it used to be. It has two sinks, and a huge tub and shower.

There is plenty of closet space in each room. There is an extra cot along with a double sized mattress for the floor if needed, all located in a downstairs closet. Also there are beach chairs, a small cooler, beach towels and a floaty. There are plenty of linens, sheets and towels and extra pillows.

There is a private pool for use only by owners and their guests. There is a spectacular ocean view spanning the entire bay of Banderas. Great place to bbq with the provided grill and watch the most wonderful sunsets imaginable. There are lounge chairs and a Palapa/sitting area. There is also a bathroom available just off the pool area. Also there is a small workout gym available that has some exercise matts, weights and a bowflex system.

This is our home so we are quite careful to rent to those who will respect the quiet and calm nature of this exclusive compound. On site is a full time administrator who can help with anything one might need, and there is a maintenance man who can do needed repairs. Rosy speaks English quite well and has been with us for over 12 years.
