The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Prior to checking out, please place all used towels in the bathtub. All used bedding should be stripped and left on the bed.
Be sure outdoor umbrellas are closed and secured and the grill is off and covered. All recreational equipment should be returned to the original spot and secured.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Trash bins go out to the curb on Tuesday afternoon for Wednesday pickup. Recycling bin goes out Sunday afternoon for Monday pickup.
Be sure outdoor umbrellas are closed and secured and grill is off and covered when not in use.
Recreational equipment should be secured in their original spots after use.
