****During July and August, rental weeks for this home run from Sunday to Sunday.****

Peace & tranquility await at this beautiful oceanside location on a quiet street just a short walk to the incredible LBI beach, shops, restaurants, recreation and stunning bay sunsets!! With 5 bedrooms, 2 full baths, plus an outdoor shower, this homey Beach House can sleep 12-14. Decorated with a Beachy vibe, this home is clean, charming and in a great location! You’ll love coming off the beach, easily rinsing you and the kids off in the outdoor shower, having a glass of wine on the backyard or second floor deck and taking in the magical LBI sea air!

First floor:
•Family room with super comfy L shape sofa, chair, flat screen TV.
•Eat in kitchen with gas stove, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, Keurig , toaster oven, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, dishes, olive oil, salt, pepper, garbage bags, baggies. Sliding glass doors to wrap around deck.
•Easy to clean, laminate flooring throughout.
•Full bathroom with tub/shower combo, sink and toilet.
•Linen closet.
•Bedroom with large closet and queen size bed. (Sleeps 2)
•Bedroom with closet, TV, 2 twin bunk beds plus trundles underneath. (Sleeps 6).

Stairs up to 2nd Floor which has:
•Spacious master bedroom with vaulted ceiling, closet, ceiling fan, queen size bed (sleeps 2)
•Bedroom with 2 twin beds (sleeps 2), closet.
•Bedroom with 1 queen bed (sleeps 2) and comfy hang out sofa (sleeps 1), TV, closet.
•Full laundry room (washer, dryer, slop sink)
•Access to 2nd floor deck with sofa and chairs.

Outside:
•Stone driveway can accommodate 4 vehicles.
• Spacious wrap around deck
• Outside shower
•Grill
•Dining table and chairs
•Shed with beach chairs, cornhole, storage for your belongings.

All bedrooms and family room have AC units which will ensure everyone’s comfort.

For an extra fee, we allow 1 dog, 20lbs or less.

Renters must be at least 30 years of age. We require proof of age.

NO PROMS

Your reservation includes 8 beach badges.

We do not supply any towels or sheets. We do have pillows. We suggest bringing your own zippered pillow covers in addition to your own pillow cases. If you’d like to rent linens, upon request I will provide you with the name and number of various linen companies that will deliver clean, fresh linens prior to your arrival and retrieve them after your departure.

The location of the property was wonderful and convenient. Sleeping arrangements were perfect. Living space was a little tight for 6 adults and 4 children. It would have worked if the weather was better. There was a lovely yard with a large table. Since the first few days were not very nice, we had to eat in the house which had limited space in the kitchen. Owner, Gerri, was great. Quick to respond and provided excellent information about LBI. House was clean but could have been a little better. The cooler table listed on the upstairs deck was full of water. Apparently previous renters left ice in it and it was never emptied. Some of the furniture was very sandy and should have been vacuumed. Overall, we had a great time and house was convenient-close to the beach, Acme and a great ice cream stand! Equal distance to Bay & ocean. Beautiful sunsets on the Bay side.

This place is a gem. Everything was clean, kitchen was well equipped, shed was full of everything needed to enjoy the beach. Rooms were a perfect size and the decor was perfect beach fun. The owner was a pleasure to work with and full of information.

We booked a long weekend at the Jersey shore for my wife’s birthday. All of our kids and significant others joined us the house accommodate our group of 10. The house is decorated beautiful just as shown and equipped with everything you need. The house is just a very short walk to the beach and has an outdoor shower for everyone to clean off from the beach I really could say anything negative about the house and we all would say we definitely would be back again

Perfect LBI Stay!

A group of 8 friends stayed at this home and it was the perfect beach stay! A quick walk to the ocean, the bay for sunsets and really great ice cream! The house fit all 8 of us comfortably and we loved the outdoor area to have breakfast in the sun and to grill at night. Close to so many restaurants and shopping and walking distance to a food store! The owner was incredibly helpful and provided so much information leading up to our stay that we had zero questions upon arrival. Highly recommend staying here!!

Great place!

I spent my birthday weekend in LBI with a group of friends at Gerri’s place. Gerri was so helpful, communicative, and accommodating! This place is perfect for a fun and convenient beach weekend. Definitely want to come again next summer.

Great house, great accommodations!

Great house, absolutely loved our week there. Plenty of bedrooms and space for sleeping. Lots of places say they have 5 bed rooms but often the 5th room is a stretch. This house has a legit 5 individual bedrooms. Also a great upstairs deck. It also came with a ton of beach gear, chairs, umbrellas, a bicycle, great BBQ, even a great cart with big wheels for easily pulling it all across the sand. Gerri was a great host, super easy going and organized. We had no troubles booking, getting in the house or communicating. But everything was super buttoned up with the house so we didn't really need to get in touch with her about anything. Only a few minor notes, and these are very minor. 1. the city has some very specific trash collection rules. The previous tenants had paper and cardboard mixed in with bottles and cans and the city wouldn't pick it up until I took the paper and cardboard out and put it with the regular trash. 2. the house is 2 blocks from the main street so there was a bit of traffic noise during the day, but quiet by the evening. Just a few blocks from a major grocery store, I'd definitely recommend this house for anyone looking to have a great LBI experience.

Great spot right by the beach

Lovely, spacious, well equipped house with plenty of bedrooms/bathrooms, and a nice outside space. Right by the beach, grocery store, and great ice cream. Beds weren't the comfiest, but nothing a nap on the beach couldn't solve!

Great House With Perfect Location

Stayed the week of July 24th. House was very clean and a great location. Two minute walk to the Beach and short bike ride or walk too many restaurants and shops. Gerri was very responsive to any questions. Would look to stay again.

Wonderful week!

This house was exactly what we were looking for, and it lived up to every way it was described. Short walk to the beach, grocery store, and ice cream! It fit our family of 10 perfectly. The upstairs deck was lovely for drinks at night, while we utilized the back patio for dinners and playtime. We had a wonderful week at this beautiful home!

This was a great house. Had everything we needed: enough rooms, on the ocean side of the blvd, had beach equipment for guests. We had a great time and would definitely rent this home again.

Great Beach Vacation

The house and location were perfect for our stay. Some friends and I got to enjoy the beautiful weather by walking down to the beach and hanging out on the patio. The outdoor space was wonderful and gave us plenty of room to all sit around the picnic table while we grilled and played some cornhole. There were plenty of beds for all of us and we had a great time. Would recommend to anyone heading down to the Beach Haven area.

Location, Clean and Affordable

This house is located just 2 blocks from the beach! Plenty of parking, clean and well-stocked, comfortable beds, and a delightful host! Gerri was a blessing - professional, friendly, easily accessible, fantastic communication and accommodating. The kitchen had two types of coffee makers, spices, dishwasher, soaps and paper towels plus cutlery, pots and pans etc although we didn’t cook! We were on vacation! The backyard is inviting and includes an outdoor shower with hot/cold water. The shed had all kinds of chairs, beach toys etc. The upper deck was perfect for morning coffee or a sunset with Edison lights, rocking chairs and a cooler table. Inside was spacious and the sectional was clean and comfy. 5 bedrooms is a dream come true . The house also included beach passes and a lock box for easy check-in/check out. I give this vacation home and Gerri a 10+
