New kitchen and bathrooms with large backyard patio with 6 person hot tub and fire pit seating area. Large gas fireplace in the living room. Large walk in closets in all 3 bedrooms. Brand new BBQ on upstairs patio just off the kitchen. The cozy living room offers additional sleeping space with a large comfy sofa bed and gas fireplace. In total, the house will sleep up to 9 people. Escape to this fabulous retreat where guests can unwind in a tranquil setting.

The location is less than 5 minutes walk to the beach, 15 minute walk to Pleasure Point surf break, and within minutes drive of all major amenities in Pleasure Point, Santa Cruz. Santa Cruz Boardwalk is just a 10 minute drive from the house, and the quaint vacation town of Capitola is just 5 minutes away. There are 2 parking spots available to renters, including one in the garage, and ample street parking available along the quiet road beside the house.

The place is perfect for families or groups looking to enjoy all the pleasures of Santa Cruz or Capitola in a quiet neighborhood setting.
