This home will host up to 14 adults/kids of all ages. No additional "day" visitors. All kids count.

• INDIVIDUAL ADULTS / WORK GROUP? We have 7 total bedrooms containing 11 separate beds (5 king, 1 queen, others twin) so no one has to share a bed.
• SUPER EASY BEACH ACCESS - stairs to beach are directly across street from this home. There is NOTHING between this home and the beach stairway, beachfront!

• This is not an "event" home - it is a single family home for vacation rental only and we do not host weddings, events and we do not allow additional day visitors.
• This house and Pajaro Dunes are strictly No Smoking and no open fires. There are several designated smoking areas in the community, inquire with Best of Dunes.
• We do not participate in multiple home situations if people you know are also vacationing in another home or hotel, we need to know up front to avoid issues later.

We are an active family that loves the beach and loves to share our love of the beach. When we are not at House 84, we are likely camping, at a T-ball game, or looking for an adventure somewhere.
Why they chose this property
We grew up on the East Coast, where beachhouses on the ocean are fairly common. We had never seen such a thing in California. When we first came to Pajaro Dunes, it instantly felt like home.
What makes this property unique
The close beach access right across the street! Lots of supplies you won't find in any other house, plus brand new furnishings and beds.
