Vacation on the Cove!

Fun Year Round Destination! This is the perfect place for your dream week at the lake with family and friends. We are offering our beautiful large family home with 100’ frontage on Cassie Cove, Lake Ossipee. The property has a beautiful beach with 40' dock for your water toys. There's a swim raft and water basketball hoop. Fun for the whole family.

If a fall long weekend is in your plans, this home is great for a weekend of outlet shopping in North Conway and leaf peeping in the Mt. Washington Valley just 25 minutes away. The views of Mt. Chocorua from Lake Ossipee are beautiful.

For Winter fun, we are 15 minutes to King Pine ski area. Snowmobile trails abound in Ossipee and there are a lot more in the White Mountains. The house is 30 minutes from N. Conway with lots of skiing, tubing, dining and shopping. If the ice on the lake is safe, you can skate and snowmobile right out the front door.

This is the third time we have stayed here and we are looking forward to being back next year! The location on the lake is perfect for our crew. The older kids(young adults) enjoy time down at the sandbar while others prefer to stay at the house and enjoy the water.

Family get together

Absolutely stunning location for a family vacation. Plenty of sleeping areas, wonderful water views and a pefect beach area for little ones. Close to lots of options if you need an escape from the house, but with all the space available, you'll probably never leave.

Cozy family friendly stay

We had a wonderful stay at this property. House was large enough for multiple families, kid friendly and perfect location. Close to king pine and just a short drive to North Conway. The lake in the back was beautiful. Great way to spend some time relaxing after the holidays!

Great vacation

We had a great time staying at this lake house. There was plenty of room to spread out, a big kitchen and dining room, and an awesome patio. We went out on the kayaks and paddled around the lake one afternoon. Owners were very responsive. I would definitely stay here again!

Amazing family location

My second time here and I have yet to find a better spot for my family to get together. The beach is perfect for adults but safe for little kids. It’s close to the main lake for longer boat rides but remote enough so it’s not super busy. Vicky and John are excellent hosts - you couldn’t find more friendly and hospitable people. Easy 10/10 all around on this rental.

Sooo relaxing!!!

Our entire family loved this place! The location was perfect for all ages in our group. The younger kids played/fished from the dock while the teens enjoyed paddling to the sandbar for volleyball and other water games. The morning paddles to the main lake were absolutely stunning. I could get used to the sound of loons day and night.

The Lake

Perfect Location for a Summer Stay!

My family and I had a beautiful stay at Vicky's house at the beginning of August. The home had everything we needed for a stay with a big group. The beach was perfect for lounging around and swimming. My kids and nieces loved being just a minute or two from the sandbar! The house was neat, clean and well stocked with all the basics. There were lots of places to sleep throughout the house. The bunk rooms downstairs can be used by adults, but are definitely meant to be used for kids as the beds don't have traditional mattresses. Overall a wonderful place that we'd rent again!

Lake house

It was amazing. The veiws were magnificent and so beautiful. The house is cozy and was perfect for our my family and guest. But, on the first night we slept there were three droplets of mouse poop right next the folded sheets on the left bed in the room right of the upstairs bathroom. It’s quite unsettling knowing that a rodent could be crawling near you when you sleep. Overall, we had a great time.

Christmas in July in August

Our theme was Christmas in July in August! My 94 year old mom’s idea! We decorated, had a re- gift Yankee Swap with Christmas music playing! What fun! As always the lake house is beautifully kept, any issues we had were quickly rectified! This is our 3 rd year and will be returning next year with a Halloween theme! Great space for family group with kids

This property suited us very well. Six adults and five kids between 4 and 10. Many twin/bunk sleeping options for the kids. One bedroom contains a king and a queen which is unusual. We all had plenty of space to mingle and be apart. Wonderful private beach and waterfront patio as well as deck. The water at the beach area is clean without lake plants spoiling your enjoyment. A pretty sweet location. I’m a swimmer and was able to swim long distances across the cove daily. Easy access to the sandbar and larger portions of the lake. We grilled nearly every day. The day we arrived the outdoor temperature was above 90. The a/c on the main floor is central and functions great. The second floor has a window unit in one of the three bedrooms but it did not cool the other two sufficiently which was disappointing as we had to draw straws to see which adult couple would have to use a bedroom with no a/c. The hosts were terrific and we had a wonderful week!

Great mini vacation

Our second time at the Bays. Plenty of room for our big family to relax and my 3 year old niece really enjoyed the “toy” room. Great place to stay with a large group. We will definitely be back next year.
