Ice fishing with family and friends
We were looking for a place to host family from VA and friends from the north shore of Boston. The core team has fished Winter Harbor, 19 mile, and 20 mile for several years. This property gave us the opportunity to run snowmobiles down the driveway and onto the lake. We had team members who have no experience or were very young. We were able to run people back in for a break very easily. The house was amazing and made it very comfortable to keep people comfortable and let everybody enjoy themselves. We will be back! Managing team made things very easy.

Perfect Vacation!
This house was the perfect for size for multiple family members staying together. There was plenty of space for the adults and children. The owners also had a paddle board, boats and many other beach stuff available to use which was very nice. The small beach directly across the street worked out great! The kitchen is large and stocked well with dishes and utensils which is great for preparing meals for our large family. We would love to make this a yearly trip!

Fun place with great lake access!
The house was very clean and the owner was very nice. The property has great access to the lake which made taking our snowmobiles out for ice fishing a breeze, though on a year with more ice I wonder how the shelf entering the lake would have been (not a ding, just mentioning for future fisherman). As far as the house goes there was a gas fire stove in the room by the deck which made sitting watching the activity on the lake very enjoyable. Melissa was very nice and logged into her YouTube TV so that we could watch a football game one of the nights. Everything worked without issue. There were two ring cameras outside but I never saw the recording LED light up so I assume they were off. The only thing I noticed was that the water from one of the sinks had a sulfur smell but we brought our own bottled water so other than brushing teeth this wasn't a major issue. Great place and would stay again!

Excellent Family Retreat
We made a lot of new memories this week. This house was very private and gave our family a chance to regroup after our first Christmas without our parents. We loved playing games around the kitchen table and hanging out in the downstairs living room. The gas fired wood stove is great in that room. There was never a dull moment. Communication with the owner was very easy. Thank you so much for setting up the Christmas tree for us. As I said, we made a lot of new memories and I thank you for that. We’ll never forget staying here. Thanks again!!

Wendy and I are from the Tuftonboro area. We grew up coming to the lake and love the area. We have a huge family which helps us cater to large groups. We love dogs! We have four of our own and usually have a hospice rescue in the bunch.

Why they chose this property

We are from the area and wanted to bring this house back to life. A full gut and remodel later we have a cute little rental with lots of extra amenities.

What makes this property unique

This property is on Lake Winnipesaukee. We provide a fully stocked coffee bar with the Keurig pods to get you started. We also provide the basics in the kitchen for family cooking. All linens are included for registered guests. The Wild Park Chandler Trail has an entrance near the entrance to the property.
