This third floor unit has vaulted ceilings, ceiling fans, and spectacular views of the ocean. It is an entirely remodeled, completely furnished condo, with modern comforts featuring quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a washer and dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen. It is a short walk or drive to Kapa'a Town shopping, Safeway, and excellent restaurants, and only a mile from the Coconut Marketplace. Tee off at the Wailua Golf Course, or snorkel at Lydgate State Park, both just a short drive away. Don't miss the Coconut Coast's remarkable bike path along sandy beaches and rugged cliffs. Ocean reef pools are a terrific spot for children to splash and to play. Or, enjoy our ocean front swimming pool. With free parking, it's a great place to call home base while you're away. After coming to this part of Kauai for over 35 years, our family decided it was time to find the perfect getaway for us and others who want to enjoy the relaxing, peaceful magic of Kauai.
In 2014, we purchased this condo in the Kapa'a area and have added our own finishing touches to it's furnishings. Over the years, we have come to love Kauai--to relax and rejuvenate on this special part of the island. Our goal is to offer that same opportunity to experience a getaway like no other!
