L'appartamento è al primo piano di una tranquilla casa di due piani con ingresso indipendente. L'appartamento è soleggiato tutto il giorno e gode di ampie vedute del Lago e delle montagne circostanti.
L'appartamento può ospitare fino a 5 persone. Consiste di un'ampia entrata, una sala luminosa e spaziosa, cucina, ampia camera da letto (con letto matrimoniale e letto a castello), bagno con doccia e balcone.

This apartment was perfect for us!

Our host could not have been nicer. He picked us up at the train station, took us to the grocery store, and even provided us wifi so we could keep track of our home in Florida during the hurricaine. The washing machine in the apartment was great to have as we had been traveling for a week and needed to use it. The apartment had a cute balcony to look out over the lake. Perlido is a nice quiet place to stay away from the busy Varenna, but close enough to get to for activities. The monastery in Varenna is a must see as is the castle in Vezio.

Beautiful Apartment- Photos do not do justice!

We had a wonderful 3 night stay here. Will all the amenities for a self catering apartment this was perfect for our short stay. Giorgio was very friendly and available with great communication before our stay. He even picked us up from the station!. The views were incredible, there is a small shop, bar and pharmacy nearby within walking distance. To get down to the lakes edge and access the other islands there is a bus about one an hour and tickets can be collected at the shop nearby. Although we didn't see many buses pass by. For anyone staying longer I would defiantly recommended a hire care as we had a lot of problems booking a taxi with two cancelling last minuite! Thanks Giorgio for a lovely stay.

Dear Siobhan, thank you very much for your review. It was really nice to meet you. I'm sorry you had problems with taxis. Public bus service is not so frequent but from July a new municipal trasport service (Perledo Shuttle) is now available in addition to the existing one during the summer season.

Molto accogliente , spazioso in collina

L' appartamento è spazioso , conforme alle foto , accogliente con un piccolo giardino . Il Sig. Giorgio è estremamente gentile e disponibile anche per consigli ! Unico bemol : i parcheggi sono lontani e i posti sono pochi , non solo a Perledo ma anche a Varenna . Bella spiaggietta cani ammessi nelle vicinanze ma anche lì il problema è il parcheggio. Però la casa è molto tranquilla , abbiamo apprezzato !

Très très beau séjour!!

Nous avons passé un séjour extraordinaire au Lac de Come et la Casa Irene fut parfaite pour notre séjour. Giorgio nous a très bien accueilli. Le logement était très confortable, propre avec toutes les commodités et nous avions un emplacement pour stationner. Perledo est rrès haut juché dans les montagnes au-dessus du village de Varenna, ce qui nous offre une belle vue sur le lac. Nous recommandons cette place sans hésitations.

Strategic location with breathtaking view

We spent there a magic week in end of April, visiting Varenna, Belaggio, Villa Monastero, Villa Carlotta, Abazzia di Piona, Bergamo and Milano and having cosy dinners in the nice living room and romantic morning coffees in the balcony with a view to lake Como... Simply amazing, would recommend it to anyone.

Vacanza a Casa Irene

Ho soggiornato lì dal 16 agosto al 05 settembre 2010. Ottimo confort, aria buona, gente cordiale, paesaggio stupendo. Ci si può riposare o partire per escursioni lago o montagna. E' posizionata in una zona strategica del lago. Mi sono trovato bene. Se non dovessi lavorare, ci ritornerei.

Magnifique vue sur le lac, balcon couvert avec table et chaises, petit jardin appréciable ! Bonne literie et bonne propreté globale. Propriétaire très réactif (que ce soit pour une demande ou pour le problème de propreté dans la cuisine). Logement calme adapté aux chiens. Voiture indispensable, parking à 10-15min selon la place mais attention ça grimpe! Nous recommandons la location pour les bons marcheurs.

Wonderful.

Everything was perfect and Giorgio was very helpful with anything we needed. We loved staying there. It is in a perfect location for enjoying lots of invigorating walks. Views are spectacular.

TRES BELLES VACANCES A LA CASA IRENE

La maison est tres bien equipee. Giorgio est toujours pret a vous rendre service, repondre a toutes les questions. Le lieu offre une tres belle vue sur le lac de Come, le petit village est charmant et vous pouvez vous promener et prendre un verre au sein du village. Une voiture est indispensable. Globalement tres tres bon rapport qualite/prix

Really lovely area to explore from :)

We stayed here in July and really found it a great place to stay. It was very clean and the beds very comfortable. One thing I would say is if you struggle with the heat take your own fan as there is no air con or fan available.

Des magnifiques vacances sur le lac de Côme

Nous avons passé de belles vacances sur le lac de Côme dans l'appartement de Giorgio, à 3 km du lac, un grand 2 pièces + cuisine, celui est très propre, avec une superbe vue sur le lac et le triangle Bellagio, Menaggio, Varenna : les plus belles villes. Une petite supérette à 300 mètres, et de plus Giorgio est très sympathique, parle français . C'était parfait.

Très agréable séjour dans la maison de Giorgio

Maison située dans le typique Village italien de Perlado, à flan de colline avec une vue très jolie sur le lac de Como et a proximité du magnifique village de Varenna et du château de Vezio (à ne pas manquer). Cette maison est très propre et agréable. Précision utile, on ne peut pas garer la voiture à proximité immédiate de la maison sauf pour décharger les valises. Le parking se situe un peu plus haut ou plus bas dans le village. Pour notre part, ça ne nous a pas particulièrement gênés. Pour ce qui concerne l'accueil, Georgio nous a réservés un accueil très sympathique et donné de très bons conseils. Pour ce qui concerne les visites, nous conseillons vivement la visite du Château de Vezio, Varenna, la traversée du lac de Como en bateau pour visiter les villages du centre du lac (Bellagio, Menagio, etc...). Magnifiques, et pour les randonneurs les marches en moyenne montagne. Excellent séjour pour notre part. Merci à Georgio.

Nice place for a quiet holiday, with a wonderfull view

Simple house, providing all you need. The view is wonderfull and the village is nice and quiet, for those who like to stay a bit away from tourists. It is a good starting point for some hikes, up in the mountains. We enjoyed our stay!

You won't want to leave.

Perledo is a quiet friendly neighborhood. The apt was exactly as promised and Giorigo went beyond. The footpath up to the park and down to Varenna is right outside the front door, as is the bus stop when you would rather ride. The bar/lunchroom/coffeehouse and the well stocked grocery store are a 15 minute walk. Most importantly we slept very well. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen nice to prepare meals.

AGREABLE SEJOUR A CASA IRENE

Propriétaire sympathique et serviable, parlant français. Les contacts avant, pendant et après la location ont été très agréables. La location et les environs sont bien décris sur le site et conformes à la réalité. Casa Irene est très bien située sur le lac avec une belle vue. La location est bien entretenue, le lit est confortable. Les animaux sont acceptés et il y a de belles promenades (ou randonnées) à faire en partant directement de Casa Irene ou Perledo. Les habitants sont charmants. Varenna et Perledo sont des endroits magnifiques et l'on peut rayonner partout aux environs: ferry sur le lac, train en 1h pour Milan (recommandé). April at Lake Como

Casa Irene was exactly as described clean and tidy with balcony for enjoying the views; Giorgio was very helpful and speaks good English. There was lots of info available before you visit helping you to plan your stay. We enjoyed our stay at the end of April the location being ideal for catching the ferry from Varenna to locations around the lake both gardens and villas. The use of the blue parking permit was really useful allowing you to park at station car park free during the week without having to feed a meter. Views from balcony were excellent helped by good weather for nearly all our stay. Would recommend Casa Irene as a good base for Lake Como area and good for walking breaks. You can also catch train from local station to lots of locations we didn't use the option this time but the train service in Italy we have used before we arrived were all excellent.

Couldn't have asked for more from the apartment - clean, nicely presented and with great views. We were unluckly with the weather, it rained most of the stay! Wir haben 5 schöne Tage in Perledo in der Ferienwohnung Casa Irene verbracht.Alle Angaben bezüglich Lage,Ausstattung der Wohnung sind korrekt. Die Wohnung ist sauber und zweckmässig eingerichtet.Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.Comer See ist wunderschön auch im November.Wir hatten schönes Wetter gehabt.Es gibt dort sehr viel zu sehen. Wir nehmen viele schöne Erinnerungen mit nach Hause und wünschen dem Vermieter noch viele zufriedene Gäste!

SEJOUR MERVEILLEUX (Pierre - Lorraine - France)

Nous avons passé, à 4 personnes et 2 chiens, 15 jours extrêmement agréables à la casa Iréne. Les points forts, outre la vue magnifique sont : - l'ambiance du village dont l'authenticité est bien préservée (peu de touristes) avec une épicerie très sympathique, - une situation idéale pour des balades en forêts, dans les collines au- dessus du lac, des promenades sur le lac, du shopping, - l’accueil très chaleureux de la famille, - et pour ceux qui ont des chiens, un jardin clos et sécurisant. Je recommande sans hésitation cette location et j'ai bien envie d'y retourner à une autre saison pour voir un autre aspect de la beauté du paysage.

Nous venons de passer dix jours très agréables à la Casa Irène.Nous avons été très bien accueillis par le propriétaire qui est très sympathique et parle français. L'appartement est très agréable et très bien situé au dessus du centre du lac de Côme,la vue est magnifique. Tès bien situé aussi pour les visites de la région à pied ,en voiture ou en bateau. Stunning view from Casa Irene

We (29 and 27) stayed in Casa Irene for one week in September. We were very satisfied with the house. It`s located about 10 minutes by car above Varenna. The next larger village Bellano can be reached in less than 15 minutes by car. We made several trips to Bellagio, Tremezzo, Lecco and even Milan, which can be reached easily in one hour by train (only 12,50 € for return ticket). The view from Casa Irene is fantastic, even though you can only see small pieces of the lake from the balcony. The appartment was well equipped, everything you needed was there. Giorgio was very helpful with any question we had, thanks again!
